Discover all the comforts of a luxury home while being inside a 500 acre security-gated world class resort offering a 2 mile long beach, numerous pools, 13 tennis courts, two 18-hole championship golf courses, multiple restaurants and lounges, bars, casino, spa, gym, kid's camp, water-sports, and many other activities without actually having to leave the resort!

Our villa is located in an exclusive BEACHFRONT refuge of privately-owned villas inside the grounds of the Rio Mar Beach & Golf Club, a Wyndham Grand Resort (formerly the Westin Rio Mar Resort). The villas have a private pool, hot tub and gazebo/BBQ for villa residents only. Or head over to the main hotel-restaurants,shops,casino ,tour desk,bars,music-- only steps away.

Our villa is about 800 square feet and is tastefully furnished. It features 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and the other with 2 full size beds) separate living room and dinning area, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and furnished balcony with breathtaking views of the beach.

The Resort has been recognized by the Connoisseur's guide of Resorts and Great Hotels as one of the world's best and the picture of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort lobby was in the cover of the 15th anniversary edition of the guide in the year 2002.The hotel has two championship golf courses, Ocean Golf Course and River Golf Course, one designed by Greg Norman and the other by Tom and John Facio. Clay and hard court tennis facilities, and also offers activities such as jet skiing, kite surfing, windsurfing and snorkeling. Also, horseback and four-track riding activities only 5 minutes away.
Bask in glorious ocean views from every point in this villa. Relax with breakfast on either of the two balconies with breathtaking views. Soak up the sunshine on a pristine mile long beach or a choice of pools. The unit was as advertised. It is not super fancy and the decor is dated but the location is great! were found the unit very clean. It was nice being on the first floor and having access to the beach, pool and hot tub. Balcony area is very nice for morning breakfast. The air conditioning is not great in the room with the two beds. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and has all you need. The beach equipment is not great. One boogie board was cracked and the chairs are more for camping. If you want to get a lounge chair for the beach you have to give the pool attendant your drivers license. It was great to walk to the main resort for lunch and dinner and we enjoyed the beautiful golf course. The cable in the main living area went out while we were there and one of the blinds was broken. The owner was going to have an attendant come look but nothing was resolved. The owner does provide thorough instructions and recommendations to make your stay great. Overall it was great spot for our family and we had a very nice week in Puerto Rico.

This was a great location on the Wyndham property. It's right on the beach and a 3-5 walk to the resort hotel and restaurants. Host was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again. Our kids loved it!

we had the absolute best time at this Villa. The location is perfect. It’s close to things, including the rainforest, grocery stores, lots of restaurants. It’s about a two minute walk to the resort next-door where they have many restaurants to choose from and activities you can partake in.The unit itself was spotless upon arrival and the view from the living room balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The pools were phenomenal and many times we were the only people in the pool.if I had to know anything, it would be that one of our TVs did not work throughout our stay and we were supposed to have a new cable box delivered and that didn’t happen, but to be honest, we spent such a little time in our room. it really didn’t alter our vacation whatsoever. If I ever returned to Puerto Rico, I will absolutely book this villa again.

Great place

The place was as described. Just steps to the pools and beach! When we were on the beach we had the place to ourselves. Room was stocked with things for use at the beach. Owner responded quickly with any questions. I would def stay here again.

Perfect beach location, with comfort!

The condo location was amazing. We enjoyed the comfort of the seating area very much. Our only disappointment was the casino is closed, so we missed the vibe of Rio Mar very much, and unfortunately it will not be reopened for some time. Even so, the beach, the ocean air is the draw for sure, and there is certainly plenty there to take in. Margaritaville has amazing Puerto Rican jazzy entertainment and Luquillo and their new casino is just minutes away. Enjoy.

Fantastic beach condo

We had a fantastic time staying here! The location is perfect if you want to lounge on the beach. The only things separating you from the beach are a series of pools reserved for owners and guests of the villas. The host is excellent and quick with communication and the staff at the property are very helpful and friendly. The only thing to be aware of is that the kitchen is small so I wouldn't plan on doing much cooking. Otherwise this was exactly what we were looking for!

Lovely location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was even bigger than it appeared in the pictures. The location/view were lovely! Benefit of the amenities of the resort next door, but 2 large, quiet pools for condo guests, plus a large hot tub, dedicated beach area, chairs, play areas. We enjoyed local visits to Loquillo Beach, the rain forest, restaurants. Easy drive to the airport and San Juan too. And the owner responded immediately when we had questions. Thanks so much!

Best host ever

We stayed here during the week that the storm Ernesto came and affected the electricity of the island. Our host was prompt to respond and very understanding of the unusual circumstances. As for the apartment it is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. It has a long beach for walking and two pools. The grounds of Rio Mar are very nice.

Great family vacation spot!

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Puerto Rico. The Ocean Villas is wonderfully maintained with easy access to the pools and a beautiful swimmable beach. The condo was well stocked with beach toys which was great for our little one. There were not any beach chairs, but rather camping chairs. The condo is not as updated as other properties. We had family stay throughout the Ocean Villas and our condo was the least updated, but for the price it was perfect!

Perfect Location for Perfect PR Stay!

Can't say enough about this location for our family. We spent some time at the Wyndam Resort next door at the poolside restaurant, Iguana feedings and gift shop, but overall we were very happy with our quieter, more private location when we were the only ones at the pool or walking the beach. Super comfortable 2 bedroom for our family of 4. We enjoyed many local activities and the easy trip to Old San Juan. Would stay here again next week if we could!!

The perfect place!

My family of four had an amazing time here. The condo itself is beautiful and the view is spectacular. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and towels were soft. Parking was easy and the resort is a very short walk away. The AC units worked great. The pool was quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Wonderful spot for a family vacation. Convenient location to San Juan/airport, En Yunque, and the coast for a day trip to Culebra Island. Our children (9 and 7) loved the pools and direct access to the beach. The Villa includes sand toys/boogie boards, which were also a hit. While there is no guest pass access to the neighboring Wyndham hotel amenities, our children were able to utilize the pools there while we dined at the restaurants. The condo was outdated but clean and suited the needs of our family well.

Little Slice of Heaven

Felt blissful every single day. The view alone is worth the money. The grounds are peaceful, clean and very accommodating. Want a little noise, go to the Wyndham next door. The unit could use a little updating and minor repairs but it’s comfortable, you’ll sleep amazingly well and be very very pleased with your choice.

Family vacation

First the positive feedback: the condo is in a great location which is perfect for a family vacation. The pools, grounds and beach are all well maintained and we enjoyed those amenities. Regarding the condo itself, it could use some TLC. Joan, the Host, was helpful but not in Puerto Rico, so there was no local contact when we had a couple issues. There needs to be an inside lock on the double bedroom door to the outside (we found it open one morning, with our two granddaughters asleep). In the Master bedroom, there was what appeared to be a sheetrock repair made to an outside wall that needed to be caulked or something, because it was falling in and letting in outside air (hot). We crammed some towels in the gap. There was some sort of grate (AC perhaps) just lying on the double bedroom porch. Overall, it wouldn't take much to upgrade this condo, but it just seemed like nobody had checked it out recently.

Perfect location

We could not have asked for a better property to call home for our stay. The view was wonderful, and the beach, the pools, and the resort were literally steps from the condo. The owner was super responsive with all questions. The condo also is a short drive to many outside activities such as the rainforest, the bioluminescent bay, and old San Juan. If we ever return to Puerto Rico, I would definitely stay here again.

Don't miss this!

This property is spectacular. The ocean views are exquisite. We enjoyed the casino next door at the resort. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well each night. Don't miss the views from the 5th floor. They are spectacular as well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Overall a great place to stay on your visit to Puerto Rico. We couldn't have asked for more. Would love to stay again in the future.

We have lived in Puerto Rico for more than 50 years. Our children and grandchildren love to vacation here in PR. So we purchased this villa so that our children and grandchildren would always have an ocean front vacation home to enjoy.

The ocean view from our villa is beautiful-- we love relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the ocean breeze. We love taking long walks on the beach and around the resort. Our villa is a 3 to 4 minute walk to the main hotel --restaurants, shops, casino, tour desk, bars, music. 2 renowned Golf courses and 24 tennis courts available for nominal fee.
Our private parking in garage in our building and 2nd outdoor one.
We have free wifi ,3 t/v's,3 a/c's, fully equipped kitchen, boogie boards, sand toys and more!
Enjoy a great Holiday in our Lovely Villa!
