This bright two bedroom condo sits in a very beautiful and serene mountain setting. You can take in the views the minute you walk through the door and feel right at home with the cozy and nice furnishings. With a well-appointed living room, featuring a large HD TV, gas fireplace, sofa sleeper and much more.

The condo also features a private deck with stunning mountain views and a BBQ grill to enjoy anytime of the year. The dining area sits up to 6 where you can also take in the beautiful views.

The full kitchen has been updated and has everything you need to feel right at home. From new kitchenware to an espresso machine...it has it all.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with deep soaking jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a new HD TV.

There is also a washer/dryer in the unit.

After a day of adventure, soak in the indoor or outdoor hot tubs in the common building. The views and setting are beautiful and very relaxing.

Being towards the top of Wildernest has many benefits including moose sightings, forest views, and a quiet mountain atmosphere. Just steps from the free bus, you can get to all of the major ski resorts in Summit County with ease. You can also walk right out your door to enjoy the many trails in the area whether it is a leisurely hike or adventurous cross-country ski. You will not be disappointed and will want to come back time and time again.

Good layout and beautiful views!

Plus: Only a small 1/2 flight of stairs up to the unit. There is a ski rack indoors (hurray!), with a bench by the front door to make a very useful entry area. The kitchen area has lots of useable counter space. Soaking tub in the hall bath is nice and deep. (minor) minus: Learning where the hot tub is took some investigating plus which key to use (found it in the next building to the east, 1st door on the right). The radiators (esp. bathrooms) look a bit aged, and yet function very well. I wish there were more hangars in the closets. I would stay here again.

Had a good stay and enjoyed the property.

Overall a nice place and a good value. The Owner checked in with us and made sure we had what we needed. Found some very good restaurants in Silverthorne and Dillion and First Friday 's are a way to meet others from the community. Close to Keystone and a reasonable commute to Vail and Breckenridge.

Nice condo, great location

The apartment is just as advertised, nice condo in a great location with mountain views - we didn’t receive the door code and had to reach out to management to get in, but the problem was resolved quite quickly. As other reviewers have mentioned, the apartment is quite overheated, which can make it difficult to sleep, though opening windows helps.

Nice place in Silverthorne

We had a nice comfortable stay here. The place was clean, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook full meals. The washer and dryer looked new and held a large volume of clothes. You do have to supply your own detergent/softener for the washer and dryer. There were some spices in the kitchen, which we did not use, and enough dish soap, and bathroom toiletries to last us the 4 days we were there. We used the pullout sofa, but one side is damaged so you just have to be careful not to sit on that side to avoid falling through or getting hurt by the exposed springs. The balcony was nice to have to get some fresh air. We enjoyed the nearby hike to Lily Pad Lake just up Ryan Gulch Road. This is our second time staying at a SkyRun vacation unit and will not hesitate to use them again.

I will definitely consider staying here again when I return.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Overall I would highly recommend this condo. It’s very clean, up to date, everything works, and plenty of items that you need for the week are provided. It can get a tad warm, but that can be managed by cracking a window.

Nice condo, conveniently located

Beautiful views, quiet, and comfortable. Kitchen could use a few more baking pans and updated non stick griddle style pans.

172 Sauterne Sanctuary

The condo was as pictured. It was nicely arranged and had adequate space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We truly enjoyed our stay! There were a few things that could use some attention. The yard was very over grown and looked a mess. Since this condo allows pets it would be nice to have a space to take them out without weeds and sticker bushes. Also, the drains in the bathrooms would not drain properly and would back up greasy water. I believe a plumber needs to check them. The condo was clean at first glance. But, when we picked up rugs to mop floors ( the mop was broken) it looked like a pile of dirt under each of them. So, we had to hand wash them. The garage floor was piled in sandy dirt which gets tracked into the house. Like I said, overall, it was a wonderful place and we enjoyed ourselves. Just a few suggestions. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us!!

Property looks aged with wall paper peeling and stains on carpet. Heating was also difficult to control; we had to keep windows open to keel temperature in the low 70’s.

Good ski condo.

We've stayed in this area many times before because of its convenient, central location to so many excellent ski areas. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The view out the back is beautiful. Getting a free pass to Loveland was a wonderful amenity. The only negatives were that even with the thermostats turned down as low as possible, the unit was still way too warm. We had to open a window, even at -2 degrees. Also, the wi-fi is extremely slow.

Great location- very spacious highly recommend

We had a wonderful experience staying here. It was a last minute decision to visit with friends for New Years Eve. We had plenty of room and loved the location. The condo had everything we could need for our stay. It was so nice being able to just go straight to our place and use the key box rather than having to drive somewhere to check in/out. We couldnt find the hot tub until the last day so we didnt try that out, but would for sure try that next time. We also loved how close we were able to park to the condo.
