Hello. We apologize that the oven was not working. We did have maintenance go there as soon as possible due to the holidays, but they were unable to fix it. We did have to call in an outside appliance tech to fix the oven,again we do apologize, but we didn’t know that the oven was not working. We were just informed 2 days prior to your departure. Had we known earlier in your 7night stay, we would have been able to get it fixed prior to your departure. The stove top range was working during your entire stay. We do apologize.

Hello, I am sorry, you felt that the property was dated We just replaced the master bedroom set, and the living/dining area, about 4 months ago. The other 2 bedrooms will have new furniture in the near future. I do hope that you will come again next year. Thank you

Hello, we do apologize for the issues you found. Your husband did show maintenance when they were there for extra pillows, some of the issues. We did offer to sent maintenance there for you and we were told at that time that you did not want any additional cleaning done. We were never told about dishes or 'mold'. We would have also sent in an appliance repair person to check out the icemaker. With a 14 night stay, had we been made aware of the issues, we definitely, would have addressed them for you asap. We will send in maintenance to inspect the entire condo. Furniture was replaced less than a year ago. We do appreciate your information as we will make sure that no future guests have this experience. Thank you

Hello, We were never informed during your stay of any cleaning issues. We would have made arrangements with you to be there since you had dogs, to have the issues addressed. We do inform you prior to your stay if there are going to be any issues with the dog and barking that they HOA could get involved. These are condos and if you are not there, and you were aware that these were 'watch' dogs and there would be a issue with them barking, arrangements should have been made such as not leaving them alone or crating them as requested in an area where they would be less likely to hear people walking by and trigger them to bark. Now that this is known, we could offer a town home where there would not be an issue of other guests walking by.
