Kelly's Creekside offer the best Fredericksburg has to offer. It not only boasts four stylishly decorated suites overlooking a creek, but also a location that cannot be beat...just a couple blocks to the heart of Fredericksburg's shops and restaurants. The four private suites offer contemporary comfort in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. Guests are amazed, however, that such lush landscaping and serenity can be found so close to the finest shopping and restaurants in the Texas Hill Country.
Kelly's Creekside offer four different suites, each with its own personality. Sarah's Secret is a cozy, private cabin-like cottage on the grounds with its own patio and its own charm to boot! The cottage offers an open floor plan with a king size bed, a comfortable sitting area and a Twin sleeper sofa. Guests also enjoy a nicely equipped kitchenette and dining area. Of course, Sarah's Secret also has a private bathroom with a corner shower. Sarah's Secret is simply a beautifully decorated cottage with beautiful views of the lush lawn and creek area. Privacy, views, and fabulous location make Sarah's Secret one of the most popular suites of Kelly's Creekside!
However, Kelly's also offers three other suites: Sandy's Serenity, Erin's Escape, and Leah's Loft, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples' getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly's Creekside as your Texas hill country haven.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Cozy Cottage

We spent two days in Fredericksburg and enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to Main St. Just down the road is a great restaurant and coffee shop. HEB is around the corner. The cottage was just what we had hoped for, a bit rustic but with every convenience you would need for a few days. We saw deer, squirrels and even a armadillo. Our trip was in January, so we would like to go back in the spring and enjoy all the foliage. Just be prepared to walk up and down a stone staircase to get to the cottage from the parking (which you have your own space), but it is well lit.

It was a lovely place. Extremely convenient to Main Street. The outdoor look was great and enjoyed the deer coming to eat right outside our window. Overall would highly recommend for a quick getaway.

Beautiful property in a great location. I will say that this location is not for anyone with mobility issues. It's walkable to many stores and restaurants, but the lighting in the area at night wasn't great. It's a beautiful little cottage and well kept. The bathroom is not made for bigger people. My husband is 6'5" and it was hard to shower. We absolutely loved they had a deer feeder.

Please put anti-slip strips or safety shower treads on the shower floor!

Great location, nice decor and lovely outdoor area! Not sure how it can be called a B&B without breakfast, though.... Also, was surprised that there was no daily housekeeping.... My wife slipped and bruised her back in the shower. She is a capable, athletic woman and she has never slipped in our showers at home. We are all very lucky that she did not hit her head. I am keeping this feedback private to you so that you can fix this issue before another guest has more severe consequences. Relaxing

We enjoyed the view from our room and the seating area outside. The hot tub was very relaxing too. Peaceful comfortable place to stay. Location to Main Street is a plus. We enjoyed the rain and watching the creek and wildlife. Wish we had seen some deer. Would love to stay there again!

This is a great little place to stay. I absolutely loved it. Everything is walkable, but you’re in a secluded area. Good bed and pillows. Hot tub - amazing. Communication clear and easy - great hosts - super nice. We will definitely book here the next time we are in Fredericksburg.

Good

It was a very cute cabin! But it smelled like mold not sure maybe the ac unit. Shower is very small, it would be better if the shower head maybe was mounted higher up or different shower head. It was almost impossible to clean unless took the shower head off.

Romantic and Beautiful

The property was beautiful. There were deer outside our window in the morning. The creek is lovely. The steps can be a little treacherous, and the hot tub was way too foamy to get in, but we had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay!

Very pretty outdoor area. Enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the wildlife. The cabin was cute and comfortable . The steps getting to the cabin was a lot steeper than anticipated.

5 Stars – A Cozy Creekside Gem in the Heart of Fredericksburg

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming little place right on the creek. Waking up to the peaceful view in the morning and enjoying coffee on the porch was the perfect start to our days. It felt like we were tucked away in the woods, yet Main Street with all its restaurants, bars, and shops was just a short walk away—truly the best of both worlds!We stayed in Sara’s Secret, and while we had a wonderful experience overall, we did notice some noise from the tenants in the Leah’s Loft above us during the middle of the night. That was the only minor downside, but it wouldn’t stop us from coming back. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

The location was so great. Right off the heart of Main Street, but with the creek and lots of trees, you felt secluded. The hot tub was a great addition. They also have a deer feeder that brought deer close to the house in the evening. It was a great surprise and a nice touch to our evening.

Cutest little house!

We selected this home for the location to downtown, but got so much more! The inside was perfect for the two of us and so well decorated and cozy. The outdoor area was just beautiful. We had coffee overlooking the creek and enjoyed the deer, squirrels and birds that visited. We highly recommend this property.

Short Getaway

Great little place for a quick getaway. Walking distance to downtown if you wanted. Only negative was didn't realize had another room above us and they were a little noisy but wasn't a big issue. Saw LOTS of deer while in hot tub as well as from windows.

Excellent

We will definitely come back to Sarah's Secret! Everything was perfect and we loved sitting in the hottub in the evenings watching the deer. The beaver that wondered up two evenings in a row was an added bonus!
