Executive 3 Bedroom Pool Home

This is an Executive Villa and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi that is located along the tee-box of hole 15 of the Lakeside Country Club in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees.
The first Master bathroom offers you a King bed.
The second and third master bedrooms give you both a Queen-sized bed.
With well-appointed amenities, the kitchen area offers all you need to make meal times easy including a refrigerator, microwave, full-size range with oven and a coffee maker.
This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only.
We offer free Wi-Fi internet and nationwide phone service.


To protect and secure our property, we have installed outdoor security cameras to prevent break-ins, theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. In fact, installing security cameras is equally beneficial for the renters, as it can prevent your property from being damaged or stolen as well.

Rental agencies like Airbnb & VRBO allow reasonable monitoring of the outside of the property while still protecting the privacy of the guests inside the home.

• There are 3 cameras:
1 camera is by the garage door, covering the front door area.
1 camera is on the right side of the house, covering the driveway.
1 camera is on the pool deck, covering shallow pool area + outdoor dining area.
• Hot tub is NOT within the coverage area of the device.
