Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots.

This restored second-floor unit captures the warmth and character of Uptown living - hardwood floors, tall sunlit windows, and curated décor that feel rooted in the city's spirit.

Living space
The open-concept living area gives the whole group room to breathe. Gather on the sofa for a night in with the 55-inch HDTV, streaming Netflix and Roku, or use the dedicated workspace - a private room with a door - when you need to get something done. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable through the humid New Orleans air, and free Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

Sleeping arrangements
Three quiet bedrooms are arranged for restful nights and easy longer stays. Room-darkening shades, plush linens, hangers, and ample clothing storage - including closet and dresser space - make it easy to settle in. The safe adds an extra layer of peace of mind.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well set up for everything from a quick breakfast to a full evening meal. You'll find a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, dishwasher, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Coffee is provided. When you'd rather let someone else do the cooking, the neighborhood's restaurants and takeout spots are right on your doorstep.

Bathrooms
Both full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, fresh towels, and a hair dryer. A bathtub is available in at least one bathroom for a proper soak after a long day of exploring.

Outdoor living
Front and rear balconies give you private outdoor space at both ends of the unit. Whether it's a quiet morning or a lively parade evening, these spots are ideal for watching the neighborhood move - and during festival season, they come into their own as prime viewing perches.

Convenience & families
In-unit washer and dryer make extended stays practical. Families are well catered for: a pack 'n play/travel crib and folding high chair are both available on request, and babysitter recommendations can be arranged. An iron, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and Ring exterior security camera are all on-site. Self check-in via smart lock, free street parking, and a private entrance round out the practical details. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Magazine Street puts you within walking distance of Uptown's best independent shops, cafés, and the streetcar line. The French Quarter, Superdome, and the rest of the city are a quick ride away - making this a natural base for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, or any time you want to experience New Orleans from a neighborhood that actually lives and breathes the city.
