This spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

Other on-site amenities offering paid services include:
- Snorkeling + beach activities
- The Kid's Club
- The Si Spa (full service spa)
- Beach chair rentals

Fees to note:
- Valet parking provided at an additional fee by Marriott (r)

Great Family Getaway

Great Stay!

Perfect accommodations for our family of 4. The unit is exactly as pictured, plenty of room for our family. The property manager sent all of the details in advance and the check in process went smoothly. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Enjoyed our stay

Great place! So much space and very clean! Comfortable beds and loads of closet and drawers. Beach staff could have been more attentive but location made up for it.

Perfect family get away

Will be back again soon. Condo was as listed and the amenities were fantastic. Kids lived the lagoon pool with the water slide and the beach was fantastic. Condo had everything we needed to have a successful family get away.

Family week

The hotel is great. Needs more staff. Condo does need a deep clean of everything in it and floors and walls. Guest amenities in room should be considered more. Need a few more household items. Overall great experience and we had a wonderful time.

Wonderful tesort

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were amazing. Our only concern was that the main desk did not communicate with resort staff very consistently. Several instances we were told that something was a certain way and then when we got to the amenity staff it was different

We knew what to expect and our guest we’re presently surprised.

Other than repeated issues getting our hot water mixing valve to work, it went great. A small list was passed along and they should be fixed. Ecorse the next group arrives. Contact me anytime.

Beautiful property and view concern with owner

I would love to give the stay a 5 star review, but the owner was unresponsive which was very upsetting. He never responded to my emails, calls, or texts after booking the property. Upon arrival I was informed that without an owner giving the ok I would not be given a key until 4pm even if the room was ready. I requested early check in and was told someone checked out at 11am and he would do his best. He then didn't respond ever again. It is important to note that since the unit is privately owned the hotel cannot help with any emergencies or check on your room. There is mandatory valet parking at this property which was $27 plus tax per day. Wifi is also $9.95 plus tax per day. I inquired before arrival about this, but did not get a response. The unit itself was very nice. When you are on the balcony there are great views to the east and west. There is construction in front of you. The hotel did a great job. They had a beach bonfire with live music. The food was great. I wish I'd had a better experience with private rental as I live local and frequently stay on Singer Island. It is also important to note that you do have a kitchen, but not an oven.

Singer Island rentals manages 15 condos at this resort with almost all 5 star guest ratings. I am sorry we failed this local guest who insisted on checking in early for two nights starting New Years Eve. I spoke to this guest by phone upon her arrival stating we could not do early check in because we had a 12 noon check-out in the same unit. Prior to booking I spoke to this guest about her son's allergies and the fact that there is a $1600 browning convection microwave in all condos at this resort. This info and Marriott valet and internet rates are in all our internet advertising. Our guests at this resort are welcome to arrive early and make full use of the facility before checking in. Marriott's and our standard check in time is 4 pm, check out is 11 am; although our rates are sharply discounted by going owner direct. We strive to accommodate early check-ins, but neither we or Marriott can promise early check-ins all the time. We work hard with a high success rate to give each guest an excellent vacation experience and are staffed with an operations manager, two cleaning companies, and full time maintenance techs. In this case we apparently failed and will strive to do better.

Perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing plus morning walks on beach and seashell gathering

We had a wonderful time. Unit was well kept - clean, comfortable and spacious/good design/layout. We enjoyed watching sunrise from the balcony, early am and low rise walks on the beach to gather seashells, wine at sunset on the balcony and being within reasonable driving distance to many activities we enjoy. We’ll be back. Thank you :-)

Great unit in nice resort

Nice condo in Marriott singer island. Beach and resort amenities were great for our family. Check in was easy and management was able to accommodate an early check in for our arrival. A couple things in the unit needed some maintenance (shower faucet handles were loose, a couple sliding doors were off their tracks) but they were very minor and didn’t impact our stay in anyway. Overall we had a great stay!

This was a very easy rental. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and everything was made super simple. Whatever we needed, they accommodated! I would go back!

We don't want to leave!

This property is very comfortable. The view of the ocean and Intercoastal from the balcony is beautiful. The condo is spacious and clean. The beach is magnificent. The ocean water is aqua blue and warm. We rented the lounge chairs provided by Marriott as the beach chairs left in the condo need to be replaced. A few nights while on the balcony we were greeted by a "skunk smell" of someone smoking. The Marriott did it's best to find out where it was coming from as it chased us off the balcony. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. We don't want to leave.

Luxury on the Beach

This was my fourth time at this resort, twice renting through Marriot and twice through VRBO. Continue to return because of relaxing atmosphere and the staff is amazing. Everyone from front desk, valet, housekeeping, food/drink, pool and beach service is very friendly, professional and accommodating. This unit was was impressive. Open living area, big bedrooms and closets, clean and well furnished with accomodating kitchen and the private balcony is our favorite spot! Beach and pool view on one side, city view on the other. Definitely plan to return.

Stayed here for a work trip with a coworker. Common area between rooms was ideal. Loved the full kitchen.

Great location

The resort was very nice and had many great amenities. However when staying through VRBO, note that you will have to pay extra for all the amenities available, you are not registered as a Marriott guest.

needed more attention

It would have been nice to know that someone cared enough to be sure lamps were plugged in (no big deal but when the Master bedroom weighs so much that my strong 25 year old could not pull it away from the wall). Several other lights bulbs were burned out so the place was dark. Ice maker barely made ice, a few other things were not up to par for a Marriott standard.

The resort was everything we were looking for in a girls getaway. We were three women looking to getaway to a beach resort and relax. This was the perfect place to do so. The condo was beautiful. The living space, bedrooms and bathrooms were very large, the condo was immaculate and the resort offered everything we needed. Everyone at the resort was very pleasant and went out of their way to meet your needs. I highly recommend this resort.
