Our 2-story condo is set just beyond the lovely natural sand dunes of Crescent Beach. The Intracoastal Waterway is not far in the opposite direction, so if you like, you can not only enjoy dawn breaking each morning, but also catch the sunset each evening! Parking is conveniently assigned and located directly in front of the building. Guest parking is also available.

The balcony will become your favorite spot at Sea Haven 519, with its casual seating, protection from direct overhead sun, and panoramic views. You'll love the soothing sound of the waves, the salty tang in the air, and the soft Florida breeze. Spend some time just watching the clouds move over the horizon, and the glittering ocean change hues with every shift in the weather. The living room has perfect ocean views, watch TV while listening to the sound of the waves crashing. Adjacent to the living room is your dining room, with an open floor plan setting. You can eat dinner while still watching the ocean waves crash.

The open floor plan of Sea Haven 519 means that even when you're in the kitchen, you can see the ocean! Our convenient and fully equipped kitchen is a great place to work, even if you're just brewing a quick pot of coffee before beginning another day of adventure in the beautiful Florida outdoors! You will find all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need here to prepare a wonderful beach front dinner.

When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find the master suite so peaceful and inviting that you may just have to oversleep every morning of your vacation! The room gives you every reason to linger, from the king size bed with direct views overlooking the ocean. A beach décor add to the ambiance. The master bath contains a shower and all the linens and towels you need. Your washer/dryer are conveniently located upstairs for your clothes and towels.

The second bedroom is also located upstairs, with 2 full-sized beds and plenty of sunshine. A second full bathroom is convenient to this room, and contains a shower and bathtub.

Sea Haven is perfectly located for a Florida vacation full of sun, sea, and sightseeing. Unspoiled, family-friendly Crescent Beach is one of the loveliest in northeast Florida, with soft white sands and sparkling waves. Sea Haven is a quick ride to downtown St. Augustine where you can visit all the attractions and historic sites of the city. On the property you will find one large central pool with plenty of space to lounge and relax. The pool is heated by a solar panel. The Sea Haven Resort has an on site office that can assist you with anything you may need during your vacation stay. The office also provides maps, brochures, and information to the local attractions and events found in St. Augustine and surrounding regions. Near the property you will find a number of rustic and relaxed dining experiences separate from the downtown staples that make this city unique as its history. Being such a small and quaint family resort you will find that getting to and from the beach from your vacation rental takes no time at all. The small boardwalk to the beach over the luscious sand dunes is protected by a privacy fence for the safety and privacy of the people staying at The Sea Haven Resort.
