I look forward to welcoming you to my property. A spacious lovely old world charm brick home, built in 1927. It has soaring 10'ft decorative ceilings, log fireplace in living room, timber floorboards throughout, modern kitchen with new appliances, oven, cooktop, microwave and traditional tiled bathroom all within 200m walk to Bowral local cafes, fashion shops and more. Golf is just a short 5minute drive to bowral golf course.

Lovely charming victorian windows and lots of sunlight.
Comfy and cosy for families and groups in winter with the log fire in the living rooms - great for toasting marshmallows (all local Service stations supply bags of wood, kindling and fire starters).
* Please be assured that prior to every guest stay the home is professionally cleaned on entry and exit and all linen is laundered.

Tom Jones Weekend
We had a great weekend in Bowral. The house is great and spacious enough for a group of friends. Easy walk into town with coffee just down the road for the early risers. Thank you.

Well located beautiful cottage in Bowral. A large block well set back from the street with 4 bedrooms tastefully decorated with old world charm, and lots of space to enjoy a break in the Southern Highlands.

We enjoyed our two-night stay - the location is convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the home has charming old-world character. There were a few small issues, such as the dishwasher containing unwashed dishes, packet of prunes half opened in the cupboard, and one towel with a hole. As reviews have mentioned before the furniture wasn’t as shown in the photos, updated photo's would set a better expectation. A small touch like providing milk would be helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the comfort, pricing and location of the home.

Thank you for your review. Housekeeping have been informed of the dishes and were not aware as the dishwasher was emptied and clean prior to your arrival. The previous guests were clean and tidy and unpacked the entire dishwasher upon exit . We run a cleaning solution after each exit. We saw no sign of prunes or any perishables in exit. The furniture is the same only the covers change with the seasons as we put these in the washing the laundromat after each exit and sometimes we were rotate the colours that the furniture itself remains the same. We are happy to hear you found the house comfortable and your liking and that the location and price was suitable for you. Thank you for being our guest.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Casa Antica. The location is absolutely perfect with only a short stroll to the main street, cafes, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. The property itself was clean and had the essentials required for our stay.

The house was fine . Not exactly clean, we tried but could not get either of the TVs working , disappointing as we could not watch the carols as a family on Christmas Eve or Boxing Day cricket. Great location though and very close to Bowral centre .

Hi Sarah we’re really try our best to keep the house in pristine condition and our cleaners do an excellent job of this but due to high storms and high winds there could’ve been a little bit more exterior debris than usual and this can be out of our control we are subject to high winds often. Nonetheless our cleaners do the best they can given the time of year being Christmas and wanting to be with their families also. Great you found the location is perfect for those wanting to go to the town and explore Bowral. TV and Foxtel is a simple button on and off. It works for every other Guest we’ve had stay prior to you and after you and if you couldn’t get it working, I would’ve preferred a phone call and we would have been happy to send our housekeeping to come and activate it for you. Nonetheless, I’m sure you had a wonderful Christmas. The home was tidy. Showers were hot water and excellent working conditions and beautiful comfortable double ensemble beds.

Perfect position. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, churches, Bradman museum and hospital. Generous sized comfortable home, which can accommodate up to 8 people. We arrived during a cold snap and the underfloor heating kept us beautifully warm.

Oh that was a wonderful to read your review Geraldine I love nothing more than to know my Guest. I’ve had a relaxing weekend away and it was comfortable into there expectations while travelling and so glad you found the underfloor gas central heating beautiful and warm which it is there is no better heating I believe than that. I am so glad that you got to enjoy all of the attractions so close to home and you could walk everywhere and not worry about taking the car or parking. The property was in a great location. The bedrooms were nice and big and the house had a quaint vibe.The decor could use updating and it would be nice to see cobwebs removed from the corners of the ceiling. Overall, it was warm and cosy and we had a nice stay .

Lovely old house in a great location

We had a lovely girls weekend here, close to everything.However, you will need to bring milk and tea and coffee if you don’t want to have to go to the supermarket on arrival.The house was very warm and cosy and we did not need to light the fire. Host was easy to communicate with.
