Cavtat is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic coast
The unique Old City of Dubrovnik is close by & ANDRIUCI'S house awaits you.
The house is located between two peninsulas, out of traffic zone with peaceful atmosphere and set within
a private enclosed Mediterranean garden with a couple of dining tables in the shade of old trees and large terrace
nearby for bathing in the sun; located off sea front, suitable for day and night.
The house consists one self catering, beachfront apartment with internet access, three rooms with seven beds, air-conditioning, two bathrooms,full equipped kitchen and are convenient for 7 people.
This large, comfortable apartment takes the whole floor.
We are in Old Town and our house is on the sea,more than any other house in Old Town and we are in part where residential area ends and start the promenade part.
That's why there is no traffic from our house to the beach and all other things like historic sites,restaurants,bars,grocery,bus and boat service,parking are within few minutes walking distance from the house.

We are not on the street,the ANDRIUCI'S house is a quiet place with privacy,there is a courtyard full of flowers, figs and orange trees, enclosed by a garden with stone tables and Mediterranean trees,relaxing area and sunbathing terrace overlooking the bay
This is a perfect location for organizing special events,parties, weddings.

We are happy to be flexible on arrival days

The house is just suitable for the families.
Around the house there are lot of space (for children) to play.
Our house is in the heart of the city although not in resedental area.
It is between two nearby peninsulas,one with the pathway around it and another with caffes,restaurants and old stone houses.
The house has a great view on Cavtat bay, OId City of Dubrovnik and sunset.
From our house you have all the amenities within a range of
250m : beach(50m)sandy beach for children (250m),playground for children,restaurants,banks,post ,market,grocery,shops,boats (60m)and buses (110m)to Dubrovnik
The bus from Cavtat to Dubrovnik goes 40min(children free up to 7 years) every half an hour.
The boat goes to Dubrovnik 50min,children free untill 7 years ,every hour.

Let me give you the directions to the ANDRIUCI'S house
As you are coming from Dubrovnik or Montenegro on the main road "Jadranska Magistrala"
you need to exit at the village of Zvekovica towards Cavtat. About 250m after exiting towards
Cavtat there is a junction at which you need to turn left towards Cavtat centre (the road that goes
straight goes to the hotels at the other side of the town). After turning left just follow the main road all the way down to the town of Cavtat.

When you get down to the centre you will see the ramp/pillars at the entrance to the Old Town
which is closed for traffic during the tourist season. You can leave your car at the public parking
lot located to the right of the entrance to the Old Town, near the bus station. The public parking
is safe – I am not aware of any car ever being damaged or stolen.
There is also a possibility to park the car for free on the street (subject to availability),
about 400m from the apartment. If you are interested, I will be happy to assist upon your arrival.


The ANDRIUCI'S house is located in the centre of Old Town, next to the sea, about 160m from the parking lot entrance.
From the parking lot go back to the entrance to the Old Town, pass the ramp/pillars blocking the traffic and walk
down the street. After about 50m keep left passing the restaurants Leut and Dalmatia. When you get to the restaurant
Poseidon turn left on the walkway with a couple of stairs – the terrace of Poseidon will be on your right. The walkway goes
around the terrace and the second gate/door will take you to the front yard of the
ANDRIUCI'S house
