The setting feels secluded, yet is just a few minutes’ drive from wine tasting, dining and sightseeing in Carmel Valley Village.

The property has 2,200 square feet of livable space, which includes a detached 560 square foot game room. There is plenty of room where everyone can stretch out and find their own space. Country charm and a relaxed ambiance make this a perfect place for get-togethers with family and friends.

Surrounded by native live oaks and a tall wooden fence for privacy, the home features a large hard-scaped back yard with an outdoor dining set, gas grill, and an outdoor kitchen prep area, perfect for barbecuing in the afternoon and stargazing at night while enjoying a glass of wine.

The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence is just a few minutes away by car to hiking at Garland Regional Park and Carmel River Trail, as well as dining, shopping and wine tasting in Carmel Valley Village. It’s also only 20 minutes to the world-class golf courses and restaurants of Pebble Beach®, to Monarch butterfly sightings in Pacific Grove, or to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row.

Living Spaces
The front door enters into the den with a wood-burning fireplace with river rock surround. This flexible space can be turned into a sleeping area by pulling out the queen sleeper sofa.

An open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together makes this a great gathering place in the heart of the home, with hardwood floors, comfortable sofas and chairs surrounding a large wood-burning river rock fireplace, ideal for playing games, reading a good book, or watching the 42-inch HDTV.

The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a four-burner gas stove with griddle. The dining area with wooden farmhouse table seats six. French doors from the living room lead to the outside pool and hot tub patio area.

A gate from the driveway also offers easy access to the back yard, which is a level concrete surface that can accommodate wheelchairs or other assistive devices. The detached backyard game room includes a pool table that can be converted to a ping-pong table, as well as a bar area with ice maker, cold case, bar seating and vintage décor, a half bath, and a 60-inch HDTV surrounded by comfortable sofas. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a California king-size bed with an en suite bath that includes tile floors and a tiled shower with glass door.
Bedroom #2 has one full bed and Bedroom #3 has two full beds.
The hall bathroom has a standing shower.
There is a half bath located out in the detached rec room.
The formal living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

A washer and dryer are available adjacent to the master bedroom. Parking for 4 vehicles is available in the driveway.

**Pool and hot tub are heated from June - September only, or guests may opt to pay an additional fee to have them both heated in the off-season.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Please note that due to the remote location of this home, cell phone and internet service is limited.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
