Paradise in Islamorada

This was our second time staying and it continues to be a perfect spot for our family. Terrific location, easy boat access, beautiful views from the pool and a refreshing pool after a day of fishing. We will definitely come back!

Great location, all the amenities you would need, beautiful ocean side pool, close to many excellent restaurants & local shops & boutiques, many within walking distance. Wonderful host who quickly addressed any questions or concerns we may have hadā€¦great family home for vacationers; fishing charter excursions available right next door. we would stay again if returning to this area!

Nice house with large lot for parking multiple vehicles including boat trailer.Slip was a little tight for a 27 ft boat but managable.The highlight was the huge pool with the veiw of the Atlantic.

We love this property

This was our second time staying at this property. We have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. There's alot of space in the house, a kitchen, laundry, etc which is always a plus. We also enjoy having the marina so we can hop on the boat and go. The neighborhood is very quiet. Great location. Great views of the ocean from the pool.

Perfect Family Getaway

The house smelled so good walking in and the accommodations were perfect. We were able to keep our 23ft World Cat at the dock for easy access to the water and the pool was perfect for cooling off at the end of the day on the water. This property is VERY nicely located in the heart of Islamorada and we would definitely visit again. Highly recommend. :)

Perfect for Family Get-A-Way

The property exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a family of six adults. The well equipped kitchen was appreciated when preparing our Christmas and New Year's Day dinners. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery store and most importantly easy access to the ocean for fishing. This lovely gated community had a pool overlooking the ocean and dock to keep our 22 foot rental boat. Alin, the property manager, and Terry, her local assistant, were extremely attentive and helpful. A special thank you to Alin and Terry for making our stay at Coral Cove a pleasant one.

Amazing Month in Islamorada

First, I would say the pictures do not show the property well. Its MUCH nicer than the photos. Its very clean, great lighting, comfortable furniture, nice layout and quaint community. Booking was super easy, the property manager was very responsive and helpful anytime we needed him. Its great having someone like him close by. The location is great on the South end of Islamorada with loads of shops and restaurants nearby and we cooked in often with a fully stocked kitchen. Air conditioning was great especially being there for the month of July it was nice to enter a cool house after a day of boating. Would highly recommend! Only improvement is better pillows but since we drove to the property, we brought our own. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Top Notch Rental

Property was close to ocean and many fantastic restaurants, shops, and activities. When our air conditioning went out unexpectedly the property manager, Terry, was fantastic in quickly handling it and getting it fixed. We would love to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Very quiet neighborhood. The house was very spacious, perfect for a family. Great location. Islamorada is a favorite that we visit multiple times a year and we will definitely check availability of this property for future stays.

Great house and property

This house was perfect! Perfect space on the dock for our boat. Great little outside area with a new grill which we enjoyed. Watched two manatees play one day and that was a highlight for my kids. The caretaker (Terry) and property manager (Alin) were so accessible and responsive. They were thoughtful and kind and answered all my questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. My only issue was the cleanliness of the house. I would not mind paying a little more for any future stays to have it professionally cleaned. The pool and deck were also constantly full of duck and bird feathers and feces which left it undesirable to swim. I want to note though, the pool conditions have nothing to do with the rental. It is a community pool on the property. We had an amazing time though and I would totally stay there again.

Landlocked

The property and home were lovely and accommodated our three teenagers and three adults very well. Great bedroom and bath arrangements and kitchen main room were super, nice outdoor patio to sit at and grill..you will not have access to the water from anywhere except a small part of the dock by the pool...Neighbors very protective of their properties and do not share access to the water from their docks or beaches...fishing the lagoon is off limits except at the dock of the pool.. i do not understand the purpose of supplying kayaks when you can not use them. The picture of the property makes you think you could walk off the beach and do a little kayaking and snorkeling but you can not...to bad.

Stayed here with wife and 2 teenage boys. Gated community with friendly neighbors. clean and lots of space. Large kitchen. Easy ocean access for kayaks or your boat. Minutes from all kinds of water sports and restaurants. Would definitely come back.

This was an excellent rental experience all the way around! We were originally booked in mid-March right as the Keys closed to visitors. Alin, the property manager, was so kind to cancel our original reservation, refund our money and then help us rebook. The house is exactly as pictured - very clean and comfortable with a perfect location and an easy spot to dock a boat. Terry, the local caretaker, is kind and incredibly helpful. We had a fabulous 10 days in this home and will definitely be back to stay here again. Thanks for everything!!

Great Place to Discover Islamorada and the Keys

The home is superb with all the tools you need to support a great time! The little community that is Coral Cove was welcoming and rightly proud of their property. Awesome Time!!!

This place was BEAUTIFUL. The whole place was brand new. The large, fully stocked kitchen was very clean which was a big plus. The pool is raised and overlooks the ocean. Perfect view of the lighthouse. The landscaping made you feel like you were staying at a resort. The boat dock is all new and the boats stay very protected. The location is perfect. Right down the street from the best restaurabts in the keys. Inside and out I can not say enough how much we enjoyed this place.

A little slice of paradise

Where do I even start? This place is a hidden gem in Islamorada. We absolutely loved every second of our stay there. The house was beyond what the pictures show. Super clean and had everything we needed. The gated community is nice & all of the neighbors that were there were super friendly. We were able to keep the boat in the water all week which was nice for fishing. The bait freezer outside is nice if you need the storage. Terry, the property manager, was super helpful and nice. He even gave some great fishing tips. We visit islamorada all of the time & our last place was destroyed by Irma so Iā€™m happy to have found our new little happy place.

A Slice of Paradise

This was a beautiful property in a beautiful little gated community. The location was perfect. We had the pool which overlooked the Atlantic and dockage space for the boat. We had quick access to everything by boat with this location. Our accommodations were just as great. Terry the care taker greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. He was also available during the week for any questions. The only thing it didnt have was a blender which would have been nice for frozen drinks ;-) Otherwise this place was perfect for us!
