Location: Approximately 8 miles south of St. Joseph, Michigan this house is nearly equal distance to two of Southwestern Michigan’s most favorite beach resort towns and less than 2 hours from Chicago.

Keyless entry provides you with a unique entry code during your stay so no one has to share keys.

Basics include: Hotel-style linen and towel service, WIFI access, cable TV, gas grill, microwave, dishwasher, central air conditioning, 3 car garage parking and large driveway for at least 2 more vehicles

Bedrooms and bathrooms: Master Suite (King Bed), 2nd Bedroom (Queen), 3rd Bedroom (2 twin beds) on the upper level; shared bathroom, 4th Bedroom (Queen) and full bath on main floor, 5th Bedroom (Queen & Queen Daybed) and full bath on lower level.

Kitchen: The large kitchen features plenty of space for multiple cooks. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the cookware and dishes needed to prepare a picnic or a gourmet meal.

Dining: Large eat in kitchen and separate dining room!

Living room: The great room/kitchen has cozy fireplace, comfy couches and a large screen TV.

"Formal" Living room: Comfortable seating to curl up and read a book or visit with family!


Unique to this house is the large basement with pool table, kids console games, projection TV room!

Outdoor Area: Heated Pool during summer months, Hot Tub is available year round! Fire Pit with seating, swing for relaxation and a stocked pond for catch & release fun!

Maximum number of guests is 12 unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. Exceeding the maximum will result in the forfeiture of monies paid and termination of occupancy. Be Our Guest homes are not to be used for any parties or special events.

Pets: Pets are allowed at owner’s discretion. A $100 per dog fee will be charged that is non-refundable.
