This large four bedroom and four bathroom town home accommodates up to twelve people with a King size bed in each of the two primary bedrooms and a Queen size bed in the two guest bedrooms, along with a sleeper sofa in each living room (two total).

The spacious condo combines two town homes into a lockout unit, that gives you the ability to host large groups, with enough amenities for everyone with two living rooms, two full kitchens and four bathrooms.

Each primary bedroom features an ensuite bath with a garden tub and shower for a total of two bathrooms. Each guest bedroom has a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination for a total of two, bringing each unit to have four bathrooms in total.

This spacious four bedroom / four bathroom town home features two living rooms, two dining areas and two kitchens.

A full kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stove and dishwasher is located on each side of the unit. Most needed cookware and dinnerware service for up to six is included in each kitchen.

Each side of this town home has a sunroom, wet bar, electric fireplace, washer/dryer, available Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedroom, and dining table that can accommodate six people.

Gorgeous swimming pools dot the resort along with community gas barbecue grills. The year-round Aquatic Center houses an indoor junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, and much more. The grounds offer tennis and basketball courts, and a jogging trail.

Minutes away you'll find great theme parks like Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Play at Kiskiack Golf Club or Go Karts Plus, and dine at popular hot spots like Doraldo, Opus 9 Steakhouse, and Shorty's Diner. And if you're looking to splurge, you'll find fun shopping opportunities at Colonial Williamsburg Merchants Square and New Town.

Discontinued Pool Towel Service - Pool towels will no longer be available at the pools or in guest units. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience. We recommend bringing one (1) with you.

Starting June 10, Outdoor pools are open 10am-8pm. The Aquatic Center indoor pool is open 7am to 10pm. Pool reservations are no longer necessary.

Upon the opening of the pools, in effort to allow all guests the ability to utilize this amenity, pool parties will not be allowed.

Sauna and Steam Rooms– Are now OPEN.

Gym - OPEN 7am-10pm.

Limited Supply of Toiletries and Cleaning Products - Due to the ongoing shortage, you will be provided with the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. We recommend you bringing these items with you as most local stores continue to be out of stock on these items.

Limited Activities and Concierge Services - You will receive information regarding the status of these and other amenities at check-in.

Aquatic Center - The Aquatic Center is currently open with a revised schedule: 7AM-11PM.

Recycle bins are located behind the Aquatic Center parking area.

Cribs, high chairs, and additional cookware are available upon request for no additional charge. Linens for the sleeper sofa are located in the closet.

Property does not supply roll-away beds or air mattresses.
