Green Teal is fantastic. The views and beach are lovely. The house was perfect for our family with two young grand kids under 3. We are planning to book again next year. We highly recommend this place. The location is great. We especially enjoyed watching the boats go by. I had coffee every morning by the big picture window. A perfect way to start the day.

Christmas stay

House was beautiful- well stocked with all the essentials, have stayed on island several times ,this was one of my favorite sites. Especially liked Christmas Eve service at the little chapel of Bald Head

My Happy Place

Amazing Trip!

Green Teal was the perfect place for our family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the home was very clean. The house is in a great location.

Overall the 7 of us had a wonderful stay. The house was roomy, comfortable, clean, had the essentials and was well located.We had a couple of small issues worth mentioning. Although there must be 30 switches throughout the house and outside, some of them labeled, on our first night we searched unsuccessfully for the ones controlling lights along the convenient boardwalk to the beach. It’s dark out there and not easy to see! There are notices not to use regular flashlights or phone lights which are a disruption to the nesting turtles. In the morning the office responded that the pathway lights don’t work. The second night, after sunset, we were set to grill dinner and although there is a light above the bbq we could find no way anywhere to turn it on. We finally had to open the garage and situate a golf cart pointing its headlights toward the grill. Certainly inconvenient.There were 8 beach chairs, rusty and uncomfortable, two of which were dangerously broken. We put them by the trash. I know the listing doesn’t guarantee chairs and these should just be gotten rid of.The main floor bedroom had extra pillows in the closet with no cases on them. The one with a case was obviously used, kind of dirty and smelly. The pillow was stained. Extra quilts, unfolded and pushed on a shelf, also didn’t look fresh. Overall the house seemed very clean and well kept except for this instance.All this said, we appreciated the house and the friendly staff. We would book again.

Memorial Day weekend at Green Teal

Beautiful property with all the amenities! Given we had young and old adults together, having two golf carts was super! Peaceful location with views from each side of the property, to include Old Baldy, the Atlantic and BHI marina.

Fantastic island vacation

This house exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean, the view was splendid. We loved looking out onto the marina and watching the ferry come and go. We will definitely return. We were impressed with the amenities of the house and the helpfulness of the iTrip staff. They went out of their way to provide information about BHI and the surrounding area.

Great location, steps to the beach in your own access path, beautiful house with decks and porches everywhere. We loved our visit and wish to return to this house.

Great location, great house

Walking distance to the marina and restaurants there. Lots of toys for summer! House design is great for a large family or two.

Easy access location and well Appointed!

The property was clean and well appointed. It had easy access to and from the ferry area and some of the restaurants in the area. The property management group was excellent in their communications.

Fantastic House

We enjoyed our long weekend at this great house with fantastic views. The location close to the ferry and beach-front are top-notch. We especially appreciated the two well-powered golf carts (one 6-person) and view of the river opening.

Island home

We stay at a lovely home on BHI. It was in a great location. Fall on the island was relaxing. We all just wished more restaurants were open as the choices were very limited.

We do our best to make all our guests aware that restaurants are limited during the off season, we recommend purchasing the BHI club for more restaurant options if you like to go out to eat a lot. Wedding Weekend at Bald Head Island

We had a great time during our visit to Bald Head Island. The house was beautiful with spectacular views. The Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed! The screened in porch was awesome. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
