We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- You asked the SoCal Edison tree removal crew to leave, and they did so. They were unscheduled, and I agree that they should have been asked to leave. I apologize that you had an interaction with the crew.- I wish you had contacted me during this situation (instead of after you left) so I could have spoken to the crew leader myself over the phone or sent my property manager to assist in person. I do not think there was any reason for you to leave.- The stairs are shown in the listing photos so that guests may determine if the property is suitable for their needs. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback as we continue working to provide relaxing and well-informed stays.

From the owner: "We're glad to hear you found the property clean and appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, we’re sorry to hear that you had trouble accessing the WiFi during your stay. We have multiple places in the condo that list the WiFi password. We also provide contact information both at the property and through guest services, and we didn’t receive any communication from you through those channels. If we had, we would have responded right away to assist. While we do our best to provide reliable internet, service in our mountain community can occasionally be inconsistent, which is why we’ve installed multiple routers throughout the building. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused and hope you were still able to enjoy your visit."
