Thank you for staying and for your feedback. We're sorry the furniture and bar chairs weren’t up to standard and that the ice machine froze — we will have housekeeping and maintenance inspect and repair or replace where needed. I’m also sorry the back bedrooms were uncomfortably warm; During your stay we where in an extreme heat warning so the HVAC system may have had trouble keeping up. I’m glad the space worked well for your family and that you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate you letting us know. — GoodNight Stay

Thank you for staying at one of our GoodNight Stay properties and for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad the house and amenities worked for you, and we are sorry our cancellation policy felt inflexible given your situation — I understand how disappointing that must have been after a travel disruption. Our cancellation rules are set through Vrbo and are applied consistently, but we appreciate your comments and will review how we handle last‑minute disruptions to see if we can offer clearer guidance or more flexibility in similar circumstances. Thank you again for the feedback.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Mandi! We're so glad the home provided a clean, spacious, and comfortable setting for such a special girls' weekend. While we're sorry about the A/C issue, it’s wonderful to hear that Rhea was able to step in quickly and make things right. We'll be sure to pass along your kind words to her! Your flexibility and understanding were truly appreciated, and we’d love to host you again in the future—hopefully with cooler weather next time! - GoodNight Stay

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Nancy. We’re glad to hear you found the home clean, well-equipped, and that our team was responsive and helpful. We sincerely apologize for the delay in providing the front door code and appreciate your suggestion to send it via text—this is something we’ll consider to avoid similar issues in the future. Regarding the pool, we’re sorry it wasn’t as warm as expected despite the heating arrangement, and we appreciate your understanding as we promptly refunded the pool heating charge. Thank you for the feedback, it’s always very helpful to help keep our guest experience sharp. We are sorry for any inconvenience during your stay. We do show that we had notified you on the day of your arrival that the pool heater was having some issues. We are truly sorry if we were not able to get that working for you during your stay. We do show that we did refund the full pool heat fee on 3/9 and had communicated this with you as well. We have sent you a refund receipt to the email we have on file. The refund was issued to the same card that the pool heat was paid for. Hope this helps and we hope you are able to give us another chance someday.
