great place to stay

the condo we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. It had 2 bedrooms which were perfect size and a living room which was a good place to unwind. The pools were also good. Not tiny but not huge which is great for kids.

We were very happy with the location of the property and the condo was perfect for us. The pool was so big and never too crowded so it was very enjoyable! Walk to beach was short and easy. The only thing we would have changed would be to have more of an ocean view. We would definitely recommend this property and are seriously considering booking this one again!

Nice place. Close to the beach and has a nice pool area. Not super close to town and shops but that wasn’t an issue for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. The property was nice and we loved the easy access to the beach & lagoon. Even though the market and shopping wasn’t within close walking distance, the drive was short and we enjoyed the calmness of the west side of GS. There were only a few things that would have made the trip easier (not necessarily better). - The directions upon arrival were confusing as we didn’t know the actual door to access the unit and lockbox were in a different location from the door marked with the unit number. -A tv in the 2nd bedroom would have been nice, especially when traveling with kids. And even though the tv in the master was a smart tv, it would not connect to the WiFi so that we could log into our own streaming apps. All in all the unit was fantastic. Cozy beds, great water pressure in the shower, pet friendly and the property felt safe. We had a fantastic time even though we were cut a day short by the impending hurricane. Even that went smoothly as we received a refund for an unused night since we checked out a day early as a precaution. Definitely would recommend this rental to anyone.

Great

We’ve stayed in the unit a few times now and it’s kind of a hidden gem to us. It’s right across from the beach with its own access and showers to wash the sand off. Has 2 covered fishing pears on the bay with lights and fish cleaning stations. 2 pools. Private boat launch. Covered grill area with multiple grills. Covered parking right under the unit. Far enough from everything for peace and quiet but close enough for dining and entertainment. Only place we will stay as long as it’s available. Note it is a stairs only access for those handicapped.

Wonderful vacation

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. Nice beach access. Pool was as nicer than any hotel we have been to. Enjoyed sitting out at the dock shelters in the evening. Everyone we met was so friendly. Would not mind coming back to stay again!

Great getaway!

Wonderful weekend as we celebrated the marriage of dear friends. Condo was perfect, clean, updated and great location. Hope to visit again soon!

Great Place

We loved our stay here! Beautiful condo right across from the beach. We enjoyed the pool, bbq grills, and fishing out back on the covered piers. It was quite our entire stay. My whole family really enjoyed it and we hope to be able to book this place again!

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with our accommodations. The Sea Oats I-103 is a charming unit that has been recently updated. We loved being able to fish from the piers out back, plenty of lawn for kids to enjoy and close access to the beach.
