It was a nice clean property close to the beach and Johnā€™s Pass. The unit needed more amenities that mentioned they would be available like coffee, scissors, hot pads, coffee mugs, spatulas and garbage cans.

Loved Our Stay at Paradise Island Cottages!

Paradise Island Cottages is a great place to stay! The location is perfect. Just off Gulf Blvd., & close to everything! Cottages are clean & nicely furnished, pool is heated & has swim jet stream, Tiki area with gas grills, assigned parking, but most important, Management is easy to communicate with & responsive. Cottages accommodate couples & families! Highly recommend!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was off the main road but still close enough for us to walk to the beach and local restaurants. The cottage was perfect size for the two of us, and the bed was really comfortable. My only suggestion would be the water pressure, it was very low our entire stay. Other than that it was an excellent trip. We would definitely rent from the owners again.

Madeira Beach getaway

Very clean, quiet property. Friendly neighbors. Kitchen sink and counter tops could use a bit of an upgrade, but otherwise fine. Fast communications from the managers and stocked with beach chairs and bikes. Will be back next Winter.

The Best of Both Worlds

Easy to get everywhere by walking. Lyft rides were convenient, on time when and inexpensive since I wanted to explore areas without a car. Island Paradise Cottages and apartments are quiet, quaint and clean! This trip/location offers everything you want.. night life, crowded fun beach life or the complete opposite.. I will be back!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our Sea Breeze Cottage. It was the perfect location and we were able to walk to where we needed to go, especially the boardwalk and The West Events Venue. Any issues we had, the property manager took care of us and sent help immediately. The only thing we were bummed about was the pool not being heated! We ENJOYED the firepit in the courtyard and everything else!! We would definitely return!!

Beautiful property and location. What a shame the little place could sure use a good cleaning. I could only open two of the eight windows. And could do better than 6 hotel hangers in the closet, low quality bedding.

Great stay

Everything was great other than 1minor issue. We had a bulb going out in bedroom ceiling fan and flickering like a strobe light. No big deal as there are table lamps next to beds. Texted the number given and it was taken care of immediately! The location to everything really is fantastic. Would definitely book again! Thanks

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, our stay at the Sea Breeze Cottage was enjoyable. The cottages and grounds were cute and well maintained. Pros: short walk to beach and to restaurants/shopping. The pool was enjoyable. The cottage had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, but cute/clean/basic. Cons: Surface level clean- but bathroom needs a deep clean in cracks/corners of all the tile work. Mold/Mildew in a lot of the shower grout. The water pressure was very weak and there was frequently a problem with the water temp. Either too cold or scalding hot all in the same few minutes. I am not generally picky about bed sheets but they were the most rough/scratchy sheets Iā€™ve ever slept in.

First time to Madeira Beach

My daughters and I stayed in the Sea Breeze 4 nights. Communication was very good for codes to use the room, laundry and garage(where bikes chairs ect are). It is a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us in the room. My daughters really enjoyed the bikes so they could look around the area as the bay is very close by as well. We enjoyed using the chairs, cooler and towels for the beach. We used the pool a couple of times. The place was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We ate our breakfast and lunch in the room each day to avoid eating out as much. It was a nice short walk to the boardwalk area where there are plenty of restaurants shops and especially dolphin watching in the Bay Area. It is an absolutely beautiful area with beach access just across the street. I would definitely stay here again. You really donā€™t need a car. The beach was so nice the water was warm and calm. So t hesitate to stay here!

Quaint little cottage

We loved staying in this sweet little cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and adorable! The location was great - the walk to the beach was very easy, as was the walk to the John's Pass shops and restaurants. It was a bonus having the beach chairs and beach towels available. We look forward to visiting again!

The cottage was spotless. You could eat off the floors. The cottage was steps away from a small inground pool which was warm and clean. There were several large trees around the pool which shed their leaves everywhere. Excellent overall experience.

Great Location, But

First the good news, the location can hardly be beat. A few minutes to walk to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance (10-20 minutes). All the beach accessories are also supplied - Thank you very much for that. The biggest upgrade needed, urgently I think, is a bathroom exhaust system. Once people showered the bedrooms became humid and the sheets clammy. When it became cool enough to turn on the heat it wasn't so much of a problem, but before that we were hanging the bath towels on the outside railing to get them to dry. The humidity also contributes to some cleaning issues around the windows in the bedroom and bath. As we rented for a month we would have appreciated a few cleaning supplies, dish soap, swiffer cloths, toilet bowl brush, and the kitchen really needs a sharp knife! We did appreciate the convenient laundry room.

Best vacation we've had in years.

The group of cottages is thoughtfully laid out, so it feels very personal. So many nice touches that make you feel like a welcome guest and not just the next group staying. Loved the location and how quiet it was even though you are so close to everything.
