We enjoyed the stay in our unit. It slept 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. We are cookers, so I would have liked to have had 2 additional pots/pans, but most people eat out on vacation and the unit is walking distance to eateries. I liked the fact a code was required to enter the building. Communication was easy. Definitely recommend.

Everything was great! So clean and awesome view of the Bay. Easy beach access. Beach chairs are available at the condo but don’t plan on using the umbrellas in the closet. They are broken.

The resort had some damage to the property but thankfully this condo was not damaged at all. We are hoping everything will be cleaned up soon and ready to welcome guests. Perfect space for our visit. Clean with all the comforts of home. Easy to get to all the local places of interest. And great view from the balcony. Very relaxing.

The condo was perfect. The pictures are spot on to how the condo looks inside. It was also perfect with being on the bay side, as we got to see many boats coming and going with also keeping the condo cool with not getting direct afternoon/evening sun. With a quick walk to John Pass, you find this the perfect location to stay.

View of Paradise

Wonderful location! Spectacular view! Will definitely would stay again! Everything we could have needed! The pillows and pots and pans could be a little better, but overall a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful location and very relaxing

Condo is in a great location. It is walking distance from John’s Pass, the beach, and several restaurants. Also very security with indoor access code needed for elevators.

Stay at Madeira Bay Resort 1605

Description was accurate and the property was very nice. My only small complaint is that there were no cleaning products, and I didn't want to buy any since I couldn't take them on my return trip. I would definitely stay here again.

My Go To Place

The property was perfect for my family, friend and me. It was clean, great choice of bedding and towels, and outstanding view. Overall, very pleased with our vacation experience during our stay here. Will be back!!!

Great location

The condo was very clean. Loved that we could walk to Johns Pass and the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to put it all in. I would recommend and would come back!

Madeira Beach stay

This was such a wonderful get away for our family! We enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach and we enjoyed our view of the inner canal. If i had to even think of anything to complain about it would be not having hand soap in bathroom & no dish towels. That was not a deal breaker for us we made do. We will definitely staying here again someday!

Good location

Property was nice, convenient. Mattress needs to be updated, alittle lumpy. Problems with tv staying on, satellite cable not working good. Everything you need in kitchen. Beautiful view.

Gate to get out of pool is awful and no instructions. Our unit 1605 had terrible water pressure.

We are sorry that the complex didn't make the instructions regarding the pool gate easier. I am sure that was frustrating. We do not have any control over the pool gate unfortunately. We do have a full maintenance team and if we had known about the water pressure in the unit we would have sent someone to check it out. We work hard to take care of our guests when problems arise. When you come back and stay with us again, please let us know when you have any issues and we will be there quickly to check everything out. Beaches USA

Nice place

Clean nice place. Great location. Enjoyed marina view. Communication was a little slow during stay. Deck furniture needs replaced. 2nd bedroom is nice for sleeping but no real room for luggage. Pool and hot tub small. Watch for flooding in parking ramp if it rains.

Great Location but Watch Your Foot

There was really only one issue with the carpet where it met the tile in the kitchen. There were some Nails sticking up right around that area and although it'd been addressed it was never fixed. Other than that it was an excellent enjoyable stay.

Family Holidays

We loved the location and views. Master en-suite was nice. Second bedroom had a bunk bed with a trundle bed at the bottom, trundle frame was apparently sprung and not usable. Patio furniture was old and stained. Dish washer was not operating. Multiple remotes for tv’s with no instructions how to use. Floors were not clean. Sorry for the negative review but really expected better for the price paid.

Not good

We would not stay here again. The floors were so dirty. Sand was swept up but i can not imagine the last time they were actually cleaned with soap and water.Socks turned black as did out feet. Had to get management to fix standing water in the tub. The first three days with no working cable during March Madness. Had to call to fix that to.

Disappointing and not clean

We have stayed in this unit before and it was great. That is why we returned for this year. The water pressure in the master bathroom was very low. The apartment smelled had a weird odor-we thought it was maybe garbage disposal -but ran dish soap down drain and it didn't help. Inside kitchen drawers/cupboards needed cleaning. The bed in the second room-was uncomfortable -two mattress together that kept separating when trying to sleep. The bed frame mattress latts were dirty with pieces of dirt and dust. The sliding glass door to the patio was difficult to open and close. Sad to say we will not stay there again.
