Our luxury family home is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, (neighbors very friendly) within a gated community. Professionally furnished, the accommodation comprises a king size bed in the master suite, queen in bedroom 2 and in bedroom 3, two twin beds. The living room with a separate formal dining area seats 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast area seating for 4.
Outstanding features of our home is both the main suite and queen 2nd bedrooms and living room, kitchen area have patio doors leading onto the enclosed large patio/pool area, becomes the main living area for homes in Florida and with a totally private aspect is ideal for all meals, with seating for 6. This home does not offer garage access for guests.

Great house and location!

We really liked staying in this house in Briarwood. Spacious and clean with everything we needed. The pool was clean and well-kept. The backyard is private and looks out into the woods. The neighborhood is really nice and walkable. The house is within driving distance of all the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property

Had a great three weeks+ staying at this spacious and comfortable home. The pool was kept nice and warm so we were able to enjoy even on chilly days. The location was great and around the block from two community pools, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, and a playground, so it was perfect for an active family with young kids. The owner promptly and thoroughly dealt with an electrical panel failure which cut off the hot water heater- no small feat considering we arrived - and the problem was discovered- on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience for our children and ourselves.

Nice locale

Was a very nice experience and owners were very responsive. The pool was a great benefit for the kids with the recent red tide in the area.

Nice house but.......

The house was nice but because of a billing error and miscommunication between VRBO and the home owner we ended up paying 92 £ more than expected. The houses main attraction in the advertisement is the heated pool, however if you actually want it heated it costs an additional $15/ day.

Lovely positioned Villa

This Villa was lovely and clean, well equipped with everything you needed. Lovely pool with nobody looking into you. I will defo be back and certainly recommend this.

Naples paradise

A fantastic family home in an excellent location. We stayed for 2 weeks and had the best time! The villa was very clean, well stocked with everything you will need and in a fantastic location. The pool area is fantastic and not overlooked at all. You also benefit from a reserve at the rear that provides daily visits of wildlife including rabbits and raccoons! We have stayed in many homes on Briarwood but this was by far the best and I would highly recommend it to any family that wants a great base to visit all that Naples has to offer or to relax and get away from it all. We can't wait to book again!

Great property in a great location

Loved our time staying near Naples. The property is well kept with all amenities that you could need, a home away from home. Loved the pool, very private and lots of birds, squirrels .The gated community is excellent and very well kept.The neighbours were very frendly.Had a great time enjoying coffee and cake on 5th Ave coffee shop, great for people watching .we saw the cutest dogs with hats on and one with sunglasses, how cute and so funny. Naples Pier is worth a visit and the beach is awesome, you need lots of drinks ,shade and seats.Weekends the beach can be very busy so you need to get there early to park.Loved our time there and great to go back to the villa and pool .

Comfortable and Clean Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay March 19-26, 2016 at this vacation home. Perfect location for all of the Naples activities. It was great to have the heated pool with the lanai, we spent most of the week outside swimming and playing family games. The community pool is a bonus just to stretch you legs, a very nice walk from this home. The home is very well kept and exceptionally clean. Also has excellent family living space. The owners are wonderful to work with. This was our fourth visit to Naples and all in our family agreed, this is by far our favorite place to stay!

Home Away From Home

This home does not disappoint! We enjoyed the comfortable feeling and wonderful community. The pool and house are very well maintained and had everything promised and more. Owners are accommodating and helpful. They assisted with rental info for a crib for our little one and the home was clean and safe for our family. We'd definitely consider a return trip! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful stay in paradise

This is a very homely, comfortable villa with a beautiful pool area. The villa was very clean and spacious and was very well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. There was plenty of beach equipment for us to use which came in very useful when visiting the beautiful beaches that Naples has to offer. The pool area was not overlooked and an absolute delight to use. It backs on to a nature reserve which is wonderful and we even had a raccoon come and visit when we were in the pool one day. The neighborhood of Briarwood is very well-maintained and safe and the residents are very friendly. We have been coming to Naples for many years and feel we have found a gem with this villa and would very much like to return on our future visits. Thank you Lindsay and Jane for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Great Family Getaway

This home is an excellent home for families. My wife and I along with our 3 young children had an excellent stay with no shortage of daily activities. We enjoyed swimming in the heated private pool (very private with nature preserve behind the home) and playing at the community park only a short walk away. Day trips to the beautiful Naples beaches were quick and easy and only a short drive away. The home was clean, well maintained and a perfect fit for our family. We would recommend this home to anyone!

New Year 2012

We stayed in this villa for the 2nd week of our holiday over the new year just gone, after a hectic week visiting the theme parks in Orlando. It was the perfect antidote. Quiet & luxurious (the villa & Naples itself)! The description given for the villa was spot on. The owners were very helpful before hand with information. You need a car to get around from its location which is less than a 10 minute drive to the town & beautiful beach. We'd recommend this villa and Naples for anyone looking for a quiet & upmarket place to stay. Thanks!

Beautiful house and equally beautiful location

We stayed at this property in October 2010 having stayed in a number of other homes over the years in various locations in Florida. This property is certainly a cut above the rest with good quality furnishings and fittings. It is superbly equipped with everything you need to make this a real home from home. The development is gated and quiet and just a short drive to the attractions, shopping and the lovely beaches. The communication with the owners pre and post visit was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience has been excellent, so much so we have booked a second visit in April

This definitely is a home from home experience, it has everything you need to ensure you have a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is in a lovely residential area, with really nice friendly neighbours. It is very close to the beach, golf, shops & restaurants. The house is well maintained, very clean, the lanai area is very private, the pool is fabulous at any time of the day. We would recommend you obtain a beach permit for your stay (about $20) this lasts for 12 months but is still worth getting as it saves having to watch the meter!! We're lucky as we will have got 3 two week visits for our $20 as we love the place that much we're going back in October 08. Naples beach is best, very quiet. For golf try Heritage Bay best value and lovely course. We use Publix supermarket for groceries and maybe try the Cheesecake Factory & TGI's for nice food and friendly service. Thanks Lindsay & Jane for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.
