Pass A Grille rental through Tech Travel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, Tech Travel did a wonderful job (we have been renting through them for years). We have stayed at the property in the past and love it. Any small issues were dealt with immediately. The house itself is perfectly located and a charming, older house with modern amenities. We will definitely be back.

Pineapple House- Pass A Grille

The house's location is great, the area is great and the Teck Travel staff is there if needed (in this case, it was a minor issue of needing a few towels).

Loves the Pineapple, could do without the neighbor

Very convenient to beach, great covered backyard for lounging, very clean. Only issue was shared wall in master with the other rental property and a crying child through the night the first night of our stay that made us retreat to the downstairs bedroom rather than the master.

Wonderful Pass A Grille home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was absolutely perfect as it was two blocks from both the intercoastal and two blocks from the beach. The entire upstairs is a master bedroom that is beautiful and the bedrooms downstairs are perfect for families. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, eat, etc and the sun room out front is a great place to relax and read. There are a number of restaurants within a mile walk and driving/parking is very easy. This was our second rental with Tech Travel, and yet again, they went over and above for us. Brandon and Vivían are great hosts and make themselves available as necessary. I will absolutely be renting through Tech Travel again soon.

Even Better Than the Pictures!

The layout provides great space for being together and able to find quiet space. Ideal location and even larger and lovelier than the pictures show! We’ve stayed at other similar places in the area, but Pineapple House now has us completely spoiled. Perfect.

Great Outdoor Space

The outdoor space & upstairs bedroom made this place. Great location to beach/sunset. Everyday kitchen essentials could stand some upgrades, but overall a nice space.

An amazing stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here. The house is absolutely amazing, and the pictures don't do it justice at all. We were particularly impressed with the INCREDIBLE outdoor patio space, where we spent many evenings lounging outside. Definitely walk down the street to Sea Critters Cafe while you stay here! Really the only issue we ran into during our stay was it did not appear to be fully cleaned when we arrived (we found full cups on counters, cigarette butts, and dog poop in the yard). The host did offer to send a cleaning crew out again, but we declined and tidied up ourselves. We did also have some minor trouble with the hot water as well (only one person could shower for 10 minutes with warm water before it turned ice cold, and it took 1-2 minutes for the water to heat up in general). But aside from that, everything was immaculate and so relaxing. And the master bedroom is heaven!

Great house and Location

The check in was very easy and dealing with Tech Travel was excellent. The location and house was just as advertised. Great master suite upstairs. Had beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Very nice to sit and catch up with family in outdoor space. Extra fridge outside on patio for extra drinks. Would definitely stay again!

Charming Pineapple House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home for our stay at Pass-a-Grille! The house is incredibly spacious and even more beautiful in person with great use of the outdoor space and a second floor bedroom suite that is absolutely stunning. As we were traveling by plane and couldn't pack our own, I wished the house was equipped with more beach gear (chairs, cooler, umbrella)- the few things that were provided weren't in great condition. That said, we loved our stay and would return back in a heartbeat!

Pineappleish

This cottage definitely has a pineapple theme and an eclectic charm. Everything seemed to work well and we had everything we needed. The master suite was very comfortable and tucked away upstairs. There are 2 guest bedrooms (one bunk and one full). The full bed was a bit squeaky (according to my son). He moved to the bunk bed. One of the dining room chairs seems to have been broken in the past and glued together. I made the property manager aware. Besides the squeaky bed and broken chair, it was very comfortable. We utilized the outdoor courtyard and grill. I would stay here again.

Beach getaway

I can not say enough wonderful things about this home and about the surrounding area. The property was very clean and quaint. The check in process was smooth and very responsive when I emailed them with questions. The house is just a few steps away from a beautiful, clean and family friendly beach!
