Set on a quiet corner lot among some of Pass-a-Grille's finest homes, this sun-filled residence offers far more space than you'd expect, with soaring ceilings and a split-level floor plan that gives everyone room to spread out. We limit stays to six guests so the home and the neighborhood stay peaceful.

The location
A private boardwalk takes you to one of Florida's most beautiful beaches, just a two-minute walk away. Stroll to the shops, restaurants and park of historic downtown Pass-a-Grille (pickleball and tennis courts included), and end each day with a Gulf sunset. Downtown St. Petersburg is about 20 minutes away, and Tampa International Airport is about 40.

Perfect for longer stays/Ideal for winter stays
Escape the cold with a month or more by the Gulf. The home is set up for comfortable long stays, with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided, plus an outdoor shower for after the beach.

House rules
Guests must be 35 or older. No parties or events, no pets and no smoking. Quiet hours begin at 10:30 PM. We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and this special community.
