Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living and dining area provides a comfortable space to relax and spend time together, with direct access to the screened-in lanai and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including an oven and stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and glassware.



Game Room

The garage game room offers plenty of entertainment, with a pool table, air hockey, and a dartboard for some friendly competition during your stay.



Outdoor Amenities

The spacious, enclosed back lanai features a private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table, creating a comfortable setting for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.

The Neighborhood:

The home is centrally located near all the theme parks and attractions, a number of great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do. On the grounds of Seasons' peaceful community, you’ll have:



• A nice lake to stroll or jog around or take in the beautiful views.

• A lovely neighborhood for after-dinner walks or jogs.

• Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out, and outlet malls too.

• Really nearby Super Walmart for food and essentials.

• Great golfing in the area, like at Celebration Golf Club.

Getting Around:

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Seasons community. Other Things to Note:

Pool

• Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

• The house has a security alarm that can only be deactivated remotely. Please avoid touching the security monitoring panel to avoid activating the alarm. A penalty of $1,000 will apply if it is falsely activated.

• Please note, when parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to being towed, and we cannot be held responsible.



Pets

• This is a pet-friendly home. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $290 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets ($580 total). Dogs must be kept on a leash within community grounds.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
