Great House!

Great house for parents, kids, and grandchild! Located close to attractions, near shopping, and in a well-maintained complex. The only negative was our trip ended!

Family Vacation 2024

My family and I were very impressed with this property. We are looking forward to booking this property again soon. Fun was had by all ages. One con is that the unit was very hot throughout the night even with 2 floor fans being used. Thermostat was not to be dropped below 72 degrees and at 72 degrees the temperature in the house would still be 75 degrees throughout the night.

5 star property and location.

This property is exactly as advertised and then some. The location is amazing and only minutes from World class attractions at Disney and others. We were 2 families 4 adults and 4 kids, we loved having the space at this property with the amenities for a fraction of the price that a theme park hotel would charge. There are so many entertainment options for kids at the house and within this resort location to take a breather from the hustle at the large theme parks. The private pool, gaming room at the house, resort shared pools, water slides and arcades gave plenty of options to keep the kiddos and adults happy and occupied. Highly recommend this place, it comes equipped with all necessities of a house, kitchen stuff, laundry etc so you dont have to spend extra on basic needs like you would elsewhere in hotels. The hosts are absolutely fantastic with very prompt responses to our questions and special demands. We had no problems during our stay and felt the hosts went above and beyond in meeting our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Perfect home and location!

Our 4 generation family stayed for 11 nights over New Years and this home was just perfect for our stay. Our 87 year old parents sleep in separate rooms due to my dad's health and they each had their own bedroom with a private bath on the main level. My husband and I had our own en-suite master bedroom on the main floor also. Upstairs our adult daughter and her husband and their kids had 2 rooms, each with their own bathroom. One room was a king and the other had twins. This home is unique as it has 3 king beds! The other two bedrooms have a set of twin beds which gives a lot of flexibility. The location of the rooms was perfect because all of the rooms, with the exception of our master bedroom, were at the front of the house, so any TV noise, pool noise, etc., didn't disrupt the kids or my elderly parents while they were sleeping. It just worked out perfectly. We paid for the pool heating, which was TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! The pool was already heated upon our arrival, and we were able to enjoy a nice swim and hot tub after a long car ride. Communication with the management was flawless. They were extremely responsive, quickly answering any questions we had and helping us with renting a gas grill (one is not on the property, but you can rent one for a minimum of 7 days and then 10 per day after that- well worth it for us, as we grilled every day), as well as getting some extra towels, etc.. Check-in was a breeze - we love the community. ALL 10

I am sorry to hear that you did not have a starter package in the home. We provide a starter package including all items you mentioned, except for hand sanitizer. We would have definitely ran the items over to you, I will make sure to let my inspectors know about this oversight. I do see that the washing machine was reported and a vendor had to be sent out. I am glad that you did enjoy the location and the water park!
