The home has comfortable sleeping and dining space for 8 adults, 10 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. This applies 24/7.

The upstairs open-concept great room encompasses the kitchen, dining room, and living room. A gas fireplace and 55" big screen make the 7-seater sectional a cozy spot to watch the game. The stainless steel kitchen appliances are all brand new — counter has 2 bar stools for socializing while meal prepping. The dining table beneath the modern chandelier seats 10 with 6 wingback chairs and a custom wood bench for 4.

The ground-floor bonus family room has a pool table, bar with 2 bar stools, and sliding door to the hot tub deck. Comfy couch, loveseat, and TV make this an ideal spot for a late-night movie.

Upstairs master has a king bed, 50" TV, and lounge chair near the bay windows. Attached jack-and-jill hallway bathroom with dual sinks, a tub for soaking, walk-in shower, and private toilet. Downstairs master has a king bed, 45" TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. BD3 upstairs has a queen bed, skylight, and built-in desk. BD4 downstairs has a queen bed and bay windows. BD5 downstairs has twin-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk beds.
