The large master bedroom has a king bed and is adjacent to the master bath suite with a seperate dressing room area with vanity and sink and a seperate shower and tub room. Large master bedroom closet can hold all your belongings. The guest bedroom is spacious room with two Double beds. Full bath next to the guest bath can be entered from the hallway or directly from the guest bedroom.

The living room with it's bright cheerful decor is so welcoming it will be hard for you to drag yourself out to the sunny patio where you have a partial view of the pool. The kitchen is open out to the dining area and living room - giving you that great room feeling. The cook can easily visit with everyone in the living room and dining area while preparing meals.

Seperate laundry room just off the kitchen with full size clothes washer and dryer.

Great walking and biking paths throughout the Amelia Island Plantation.

We came to visit family who lives on Amelia Island. We have been several times before. The property is located in a gated community however, there were no directions to get in the gate. After circling for 20 minutes, we called the property manager who directed us to another gate. Once inside the condo, it smelled musty and old. The door had wood and paint chipping off. The condo was roomy which was a plus. Kids stayed in the room with twin beds and discovered an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall. Needless to say, they plugged their phones in another outlet. The appliances, as well as the doorknobs, handles, cabinetry and decor was outdated by at least 25 years. The TVs were old box TVs with a fuzzy picture and horrible sound. Everywhere you looked, something was rusted, broken or old. We are both teachers and money matters. We were super disappointed that our hard earned money was spent on sub par accommodations.
