Welcome to The Persian Oasis in Westwood, Los Angeles.
An upgraded large 3 bedroom villa with pool and Jacuzzi. Prime location minutes to Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica Pier, 3rd Street Promenade,  Century City, Japan town and many tourist spots. Only 10 minutes to LAX airport.

Famous for its amazing climate, star-studded streets, and the entertainment industry.  Many consider the jewel of this sprawling metropolis to be Westwood, home to UCLA and the largest Persian community in the western hemisphere.

The Persian Oasis, is a cozy, bright and silent place and the ideal experience for couples, business trips and families.  

This Villa is on a large and sunny 6700 sq ft lot housing a 1,600 sq. ft. main building and a separate guest house perfect for privacy and relaxing when traveling in a large group. For rest of October the guest house is occupied. The main house is still available

Located in a heart of a quiet residential neighborhood with a lots of Persian and other food options nearby. Walking distance to Japan town with amazing restaurants.

A/C, WiFi internet, and TV make us just some of the amenities. Parking with permits on the street addition to private car port for two cars. Family amenities, including high chair and car seat available upon request.

No parties Due to HOA policies, loud/noise is prohibited There is a charge of $140day
for heating the pool and the spa
If you plan to use the heater please pay in advance. If bringing pet it needs to be approved and pet fee paid in advance.
If Propane is available at home you can use it otherwise guest is responsible for the
re fill.
.There is a 24 hours surveillance cameras in the front yard and back yard for the security of the guest.

WestLA Getaway

This was an incredible weekend of relaxation for my lady's 35 birthday. We wanted some place quiet with a pool and accessible to LA. This place was the perfect find. Thank you Cristy for a great time.

Please do a deep clean

Great location. Paid pool heating fee through Venmo to a different person than host, kinda weird, host was kinda pushy to collect pool heating fee. Property has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Air was musty, dirty smelling inside. Many surfaces were sticky and filmy, throw pillows and rugs filthy. Bathrooms not clean, tons of dust and hair. hair sticking to wall in master bath. Cold water does not work in master bath, handle jammed, hot water starts burning you after a few seconds. This property needs a major overhaul to be renting to travelers. Made the best of our time, won’t be back.

Overall, the place was as advertised with no surprises. Cristy was very helpful and responded to any questions we had. The house was a perfect fit for what we needed.

Older home, excellent location, fairly priced.

This home is in an excellent neighborhood close to everything. It has a very large pool which makes the home feel larger than it is which helps out a lot for larger groups. This home is an older home and could really use some upgrades. It doesn’t appear the property manager visits the home very often. The bbq had no gas, just two empty tanks and the property manager told us it was too difficult to monitor that. However, for its price point and location it’s fair to say we got what we paid for.

Long weekend getaway

Owner was very responsive. The property was located close to the airport and main highways. The interior of house needs some upgrades but the backyard, pool and spa are adorable.

This property was very dirty when we arrived. We cleaned a little since we were staying for a bachelorette party. There was half eaten things in the refrigerator and fridge, which was very nasty. Most of the beds were half made and there were no extra blankets or pillows if you wanted to stay on the couch. The pool was very dirty, like it had not been cleaned in awhile. There was spiders and leaves everywhere in the pool the bottom of the pool had black stuff all over it. I would not recommend staying at this house. The owner of this house is a very rude lady as well.

Great week

We had a fun week in LA. The location was great- 20 min to the beach and most things. We walked to Starbucks and to get fresh bagels every morning. Loved the yogurt shops too! The owner was easy to work with and answered my questions right away.

My family loved the house and location.

Comfortable for group of 10. With the temperature in high 80's it was nice to jump into the pool during the day. At night, pool gets cold, but it's refreshing. Heater for the pool & hot tub didn't work so well or maybe it takes long time to heat them. Cristy was very accommodating. Everything that needed to be done, Cristy sent people to fix it. .

Great Stay

We used this as our home base for a work trip to LA area and it was fantastic. Peaceful to sit by the pool in between meetings and a really great stay overall.

Perfect weekend getaway

The house is perfectly located for a trip to the Santa Monica pier, hitting up restaurants and bars in West Hollywood and an all around fun weekend with your girls! Cristy is fabulous. The house is everything the pictures portray and then some. A++

Excellent Stay!

This home is perfectly located in West L.A., with convenient access to the 405 and 10 freeways. This is a great place to stay while you explore the city because it is close to stores and tourist attractions. The owner is very kind and accommodating. The house is nice and located on a quiet street, there is a pool and outdoor fireplace which is a great bonus!

Simply stated; I felt at home

Splendid comfort,amazing host!

It was a weekend to remember! This place is set up so beautifully that wanting to leave it was hard for us:). Great amenities, high in comfort and a very attentive host Cristy who was at the top of all our requests. Being constant travelers we've stayed in many vacation homes but must say, this one has been the best experience of all. Looking forward to do it again when my family visits soon. Had a great 5 star experience. The home was very clean, felt very welcoming. Cristy replied very quickly with any questions we had. The house was in a great location center of everything. The rooms were very roomy, had great living space would definitely return for another stay if had the chance.

One of my top Vrbo experiences!

Can’t say enough great things about my experience with Cristy and her property! For starters the house is gorgeous, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was the cherry on top for our stay. It’s location also ensures you’ll never run out of things to do and it’s surprisingly quiet at home compared to the rest of the city. Cristy was extremely courteous and took fabulous care of us throughout the duration of our stay. Many hosts have not been nearly as involved in my past Vrbo experiences, so it was a welcomed change. Should I return to this area I will definitely be looking to book this property again and highly recommend it to any prospective guests.

Great location, kids loved it

Nicely upgraded place, close enough to where I was traveling for work and lots of options for the rest of family while I was occupied. We had relaxing evenings by the pool. The fire pit was out of gas, but the owner quickly rectified this and we were all good. All in all, it was better than expected and we look forward to returning next year. Thanks Christy!

Beautiful, spacious, great natural light, POOL!

I really loved all the natural light in every room and that two of the bedrooms opened out to the pool. The kitchen and washer and dryer really helped to make the stay easy and convenient! The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walking distance to amenities. We would definitely choose this place again to stay for an extended period!
