This property is the best I have every stayed in. Tons of room great amenities! It was also super clean !! Plenty of towels etc. This is a truly 5 star plus rental!!

Perfect!

House was VERY well stocked. Our family cooks all meals and probably one of the best stocked/equipped kitchens we have ever encountered. All members of our group very comfortable in the home. Amenities were great including heated bathroom floors and full size washer/dryer. The walk to lifts /base was very easy: go left out of front door, cross train tracks and walk on road right up to the side of Gemini and then to the West Portal building where we would retrieve our skis from their overnight storage. (8 min max). I would most definitely rent this home again.

Excellent Property

Excellent property, very close to Winter Park resort. Property was well stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend in WP. Very comfortable living space and easy access to everything WP has to offer. Definitely recommend!

Great condo in an ideal location!

Great updated condo close to the base of WP! Lovely hot tub and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had great amenities- would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful condo!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo! It is an easy stroll to the gondola. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing house

We really enjoyed staying here. 6 friends from all over and we met up here for some skiing. House was perfect. We walked the road next to the tracks to the lift. Takes only 10 mins. House was very well stocked. Better than anyplace we’ve been. Hot tub was perfect after skiing. Loved this place and the host was awesome too.

A great place, A great host!

Property makes you feel like home as everything was great. Set up was good, had all the amenities you needed including many food items (spices, coffee, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc.) and the kitchen and other areas were perfectly stocked for use. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Home away from home

This property is located on a quiet street close to everything. This home has everything you need for your getaway, extremely clean ,great views and lots of space for making memories together with friends and family. At the end of the day I would highly recommend this getaway.

Fantastic Stay for Winter Park

We traveled with 2 parents and 4 young adults and this place was perfect for all of us. Would definitely consider staying here again. The hot-tub was a true after ski perk and enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had everything we needed. We rented this place in part for the use of the shuttle, but since the shuttle drops off on the other side of the Village, it seemed just as close to just walk the road along the train tracks to the slopes. In hindsight, I wish I would have followed the advice of another guest and looked into storing our gear in lockers on the mountain as that would have made it easier to head back to the house for lunch.

Great unit

You can tell the owners care about this property because they take good care of it. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week unlike alot of places that dont provide psper goods or even trash bags. Be prepared for stairs everywhere you go because it is three levels but that keeps everyone seperated out so that you feel like you have privacy even with 6 to 8 people in the house. The walk to the lift can be a bit much if there is heavy snow fall so we checked our skis.

beautiful condo, excellent location

We had an amazing vacation with family in this beautiful condo. First off, the location is perfect. An easy walk to the winter park gondola. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed to cook meals. The hot tub felt amazing after a long day at the Trestle bike park! This condo also had lots of little touches that made it fun. Puzzles, books, and games were available to pass the time and we loved sitting on the patio and watching hummingbirds visit the feeder in the evenings.

Excellent stay!!

This place was amazing! All of the information given ahead of time was very informative and helpful. The owners were great with communication and the place was stocked well with staple items. The location was great and being right by the Frazer River Trail, we enjoyed bike riding into Fraser for coffee and shopping! It is close enough to walk to Winter Park Resort where we enjoyed the summer activities going on. The views were great and the place just felt super cozy making us feel right at home. It was very clean and well maintained. We loved having the basement where the kids were able to have their own space to chill. It was all around a great experience and we definitely would choose this place again in the future.

Welcoming and homey

My husband and I spent the week skiing Winter Park with our 7yo son. We usually look for ski in/ski out, but we found this listing and figured it would be worth the walk to have all the extra space and private hot tub. The walk was SHORT!! We left all of our gear in storage at the base and it was even better than some of our ski In/ski out stays. The kitchen is well stocked, quality pots, pans, etc and lots of nonperishable essentials. We were so happy to come back to the house after a day on the slopes and eat warm, nourishing home cooked meals. Just so homey and welcoming…lots of board games, updated smart TV, fireplace and humidifiers in the bedrooms were an extra nice bonus!! Amazing, responsive hosts!! We ski every year and bounce around a bit, but are already looking forward to booking again next January.

Overpromised & under-delivered - Cleaning fee $$$ NEVER waived/refunded - . (See copy of her texts)

Arrived on 7/24/23 - weren’t enough CLEAN hand/bath towels for our family. ALL bath floor mats were dirty/matted & needed to be washed(NOT what I want to do on my vacation, & certainly did not lead me to believe our bedding had been washed prior to our visit). 3rd floor, floors were dirty with greasy/slick film, & the patio door blinds were broken & did not close, to help cool the room.(FYI- NO a/c in this home). We reached out via text to the OWNER, Ms.Tisdale regarding our concerns. Here’s a copy of Ms. Tisdale’s responses to my texts: “We had a large group check out and I want to make sure there were enough towels/hot tub towels for your group…”. “I will let housekeeping know about washcloths. please feel free to wash/dry. I will have your cleaning fee waived for your stay. Big apologies, we aim to have guests find everything as clean as they would in their own house. I’m wondering if furniture polish was used on the floors or if they got stainless steel cleaning spray (it’s greasy) on the floor when cleaning. Apologies again. And I am so sorry; we were just there first week July. I’ll see if the maintenance team can check them this week. You will want to close those.” We stayed 5 nights, & waited for our CLEANING FEES $$$ to be “waived” - NEVER happened. Upon our return home, she ignored our texts/calls. She was willing to help while we were in Winter Park, but no show after. Definitely stay in Winter Park area, BUT not here. Overpromised & under-delivered.

Great Property!

Beautiful! Close to town, walking distance to ski resort. Owner responded quickly to text messages, gave great hiking recommendations and early check in. Definitely will be coming back!

Mountain Hideaway

Great space. Furnished with all the conveniences of home to cook, grill, and wash for a family of 6. Close to free LIFT to WinterPark and Resort. Can't wait to come again.

Mountain hideaway

We traveled for softball and after a short stay at a hotel, we moved our family to this vacation retreat in Winter Park. The house was beautifully furnished and had an abundance of space for the kids, my mother in law, and my husband and I. The kitchen was well appointed with everything a family of 5 would need to cook meals. The kids enjoyed the easy walk and free Lift to explore Winter Park in the day and my husband, older daughter and myself enjoyed cooking on the grill and the views from the patios. The hot tub, bath tub, and plush beds made for a great end to long days of softball games.

Amazing Place!

Winter Park is a gem. Beautiful mountain and a local feeling you won't find in other more "commercial" mountains. The condo is fantastic, very well kept with all you need. Everything was super clean and working perfectly. All bedrooms were very comfortable and enough space to fill 10 people comfortably. I will rent again without guessing. Laura & Bret are amazing hosts! Always super helpful and attentive if any issue.

Great Townhouse

If you are looking for a home close to the lifts this is it!! The owner Laura is very responsive with questions and any problems that might occur. The unit is beautifully decorated with comfy West Elm furniture. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal or to enjoy a bottle of wine. The beds are very comfortable and no cold floors in the bathroom in the mornings --as they are heated :) The bottom floor is a great retreat for the kids or teens with a large couch, tv and table for games. It also has a bedroom with queen bunks and a nice bathroom across the hall. Lets not forget about the hot tub which is a nice treat after a day on the slopes to relax those sore legs. The Winter Park resort is a short 8-10 walk-I would not recommend doing this in your ski boots. There are lockers at the resort to store your ski equipment which made it very nice to get prepared to ski for the day and then store for the night. If you want a change from skiing at Winter Park make the 30 min drive over to Granby Ranch it is a small resort with great skiing. We will defiantly be staying here again.

The unit suited our needs well and was very comfortable. It was well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked. A quick 5 min walk to the gondola.
