Great location and views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and views! Very comfortable beds and living area and the whole home was pristinely clean. The private hot tub was a plus. One minor issue was that there was no cabinet storage for food that we brought, they were all owners cabinets with locks. Quite strange for a vacation rental. We had to move things around to make a little room and stored most of it out in the open which made the kitchen a little cluttered.

The condo was clean, upgraded, and very convenient to get to every location in town. The garage is huge and perfect when having two cars. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and helpful. We loved having a private jacuzzi too. The only thing I would change is having a portable air unit in the rooms upstairs since it gets so hot upstairs. Summers have been hotter and hotter and unfortunately fans don’t do enough. Other than being a little too warm at night, our stay was perfect and would definitely stay here again in the winter.

Super clean place in an awesome neighborhood that was walking distance to Eagle lodge. The hot tub was snowed in and the rental company sent over someone who was able to shovel our feet of snow off the hot tub so we could use it which was so awesome of them to do!! Definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Mammoth is one of my favorite places to visit. It never disappoints. This property was one of the best we have stayed at in Mammoth. Nice location, perfect amount of space for our family, and loved having private hot tub.

Beautiful townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party was here for three nights to ski. The townhome is beautifully furnished and well-stocked with its own Jacuzzi. It was fairly easy to walk to Eagle because the snow level was low. The only minor negatives were no dish soap in the kitchen and a chirping carbon monoxide detector, which was hard to find.

Hot tub a little colder than we wanted, could use higher quality toilet paper. Beds a little soft. Everything else was great, kitchen had great equipment

Eagle Lodge Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in the perfect location within a few minute walk to eagle lodge. The views are spectacular and the new dishwasher works great. We love all the Cutco knives and well-appointed kitchen for home cooking. The humidifiers are great and we use them each time we stay in Mammoth. We had trouble accessing Nexflix, Prime on the TV but that was not a problem for us but next time we will bring a firestick.

There are alot of stairs which i didnt see in the listing. My father had a hard time since all the bedrooms are third floor. Very beautiful house with nice amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this Mammoth Lakes townhome!

The location is great – an easy walk to catch the trolley, and we loved having the walking path right outside the unit for relaxing strolls. It was the perfect base for our fall Mammoth trip, and we'd definitely stay here again!

Rented this property because it had hot tub on site. Hot tub filthy, stagnant water, dirty. Management customer service would never answer their phone. Had to drive to office to get anybody. Unit was somewhat dirty, and rugs were terribly dirty - hadn't been cleaned for years. Management had lied about unit - told us before renting unit was two story with one set of stairs - unit was actually 3 story with two narrow sets of stairs with garage underneath. Our 80 year olds had tough time, and fell several times . We have stayed in units all over the world, and this is the worst we have ever seen for management and condition.. Gutters on the backside of the house were torn off the roof and hanging down. Management had a did not care attitude about everything. Told them water was coming into the back yard and would soon run into the house (broken line, irrigation?), and they basically said not their problem. Whole experience was one of the worst ever.

Too much snow?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family was fortunate to visit Mammoth a couple of weeks after several storms dumped over 13 feet of snow. This was good news / bad news. The skiing was incredible. However, the street to the condo was not well maintained, the snow (which had turned to ice) hadn't been cleared from the front door, and there was so much snow hanging over the back that it was too risky to use the hot tub.This was my third VRBO in the past 15 months, so I had a basis of comparison. This unit is in a great location for walking to Eagle Lodge (which we did a dozen times) and is very well maintained. My only negatives are that the owner should provide more space for renters to store their belongings (clothes and food) and to clear snow / ice from the front and back (as mentioned above). Lastly, we'd like to suggest that the owner put better lighting in the unit as it was very dim in most rooms.

Best Christmas Ever

Thank you to the Host family for how nicely appointed the kitchen was, how comfortable the space was for our family of 4, the garage was a game changer for us - so easy to load and unload the car. We stayed the week before Christmas and the house was decorated - it really make the trip so incredibly special. The private jacuzzi was amazing as well, but nothing beats the view! We look forward to the opportunity to stay there again!

Magnificent

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many units at many complexes in Mammoth during the past 50 years. This was one of the best! 3 comfortable bedrooms with very comfy beds, a view from the master bedroom and 3 bathrooms (with an extra shower downstairs). The location is lower on the mountain, near Juniper Springs Lodge. We were there for a fall trip and were pleased to see many deer and a coyote. The unit is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked. It has a tandem garage with plenty of room. We will most definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We've rented Juniper Crest #10 before and it's a great unit; however, the master bathroom toilet is still not functioning properly (does not flush well at all). The window lever on the bedroom window is still broken (bedroom without the trundle). Because of the master bathroom toilet, I would not recommend this unit to a friend; I have written this down and had forgotten ; but otherwise, the unit is fine; just an inconvenience.

Nice place

Pleasant condo. Two flights of stairs at that elevation takes your breath away to begin with, but we got used to it. Smaller bedrooms are definitely smaller, but adequate.

Great, clean condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights but actually left a night early because the smoke from the Creek Fire was so bad. Had to keep windows shut and there wasn’t AC. But that’s not the fault of the owner but make sure to monitor the smoke levels before traveling to Mammoth right now. It was so bad we couldn’t go outside the entire last day. Other than that, great time. The SPA was the best part! The garage is nice and big to keep all equipment in. The place is right on the walking path that leads you down through Snowcreek. Only complaint is that there wasn’t a vacuum to clean the floors up. We had two kids so we wished there was something to clean up their crumbs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a view and a well appointed kitchen and a garage for all of our bikes. We got all of these! So appreciate the nice kitchen cookware etc! Only issue I have, please provide a few laundry pods. At this level, that is a assumed amenity. Also a check in of 5pm and a check out of 10 am is not reasonable. Please do not use COVID excuse. I have been running two businesses during this and I am tired of businesses using this excuse. Consider your customers experienc.
