Impeccable Home with Private Pool in North Beach Resort & Villas - Only 150 Yards to Pools/Beach!

We’re so glad you enjoyed your family vacation, loved the home and pool, and took advantage of the wonderful resort amenities. We’d be happy to welcome you back! We are sorry to hear about the concerns mentioned regarding the cleaning and dishwasher, as neither was reported to us during your stay. Had we known, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team to address anything that may have been missed and maintenance to inspect the dishwasher. We take housekeeping concerns seriously and want every guest to arrive to a properly prepared home. We also encourage guests to let us know right away if an appliance does not appear to be working so we have the opportunity to troubleshoot or repair it during the stay rather than learning about it after departure. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home, especially the space for your group, the heated pool, and the comfortable furnishings—it sounds like you made the most of it (even in 48 degrees, which is impressive!). One of the highlights of this home is the beautiful, private backyard setting with mature trees. The tradeoff to that natural setting is that leaves can make their way into the pool and surrounding patio, especially with wind, and may require occasional skimming between scheduled pool service visits. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the carpets and will be passing that along to our housekeeping team for review and any necessary deep cleaning.
