The house was beautiful, and the location was perfect to the beach and the pools. The only hiccup was the sliding glass door in the back by the pool did not close and management did the best that they could to fix it, but unfortunately, it was not the only other complaint would be the barbecue. It definitely was not cleaned. I would definitely book another trip in the same area.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you loved the house and its location near the beach and pools. We’re sorry the sliding door issue couldn’t be fully resolved during your stay. As soon as you let us know about it, we sent someone out that same evening to address it. We’re happy to report that the door has since been fully repaired and all is well now. We’re also sorry about the condition the previous guests left the grill in. Our check-in instructions specifically ask guests to clean the grill after each use, and unfortunately, that wasn’t done before your arrival. We weren’t made aware of the issue during your stay, but had we known, we would have been happy to have someone come out and take care of it for you. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall and would book with us again. We’d be happy to welcome you back!

This was the best house I have eveerrr stayed at first of all, the location is amazing like basically a 3 min walk to the resort and u can get to the beach straight from the resort we also had access to a gym at the resort, me and my family loved going from pool to beach, to hanging out at the house. the house was gorgeous as well. Trust me this house is adult, teen, kid, friendly it was perfect I wanna come back again. We had trouble checking it bc we were late and the office closed but the host was very responsive and helpful and nice, loved her. Also it is atleast a 5 min drive to all the extra things like restaurants, mini golf, go carting, gift shops, grocery. I 100% recommend this property.

A great place for a family gathering

The property affords private and gathering places throughout the house. It is a short walk from the beach. The property manager is attentive and responsive.

North Myrtle Beach Resort Villa Stay

We had a wonderful stay in North Myrtle Beach and really enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and a great place for our family vacation. We would definitely consider staying again! A few suggestions that could make future guests’ stays even better: * The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom was very hard to open and does not lock. * The ceiling fan in the downstairs king bedroom wasn’t working. * The upstairs TV has poor color quality and may need to be replaced. * The kitchen could be better stocked with basic cooking essentials. We noticed there were no measuring cups and it would also be helpful to have a few more basic spices atleast salt and pepper and extra dish towels available. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Great home base for North Myrtle Beach

First time in North Myrtle Beach and this was the perfect location to access everything. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, golf and beach nearby (most within walking distance). House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would recommend

Family Vacation

Very impressed with iTrip Myrtle beach. We have rented with other agencies in the past but none have provided the excellent service that iTrip has. As for the vacation rental itself it was everything we needed it to be and more!

Awesome time spent with family! Loved the accommodations & the pool was definitely a plus for the grand children & adults. This house was perfect for 6 adults & 4 children.Night swims, family game night (every night), walking distance to ice cream and the beach was so short. Perfect open floor plan allowed everyone to be involved in conversations and activities. Definitely one of the best family adventures we have had, already looking to book next year!

The carpets were very dirty. Our white socks turned black on the bottom. That was very disappointing. Going to have to use a lot of bleach when we get home

As outlined in our communications, we ask that any cleaning or maintenance issues be reported within 24 hours of arrival so our team can take prompt action. Without the opportunity to inspect or resolve the concern during your stay, it makes it difficult to verify or correct after departure. That said, we are passing your comments along to our maintenance team for review, and if any issues are found, they will be promptly addressed. Our properties are professionally cleaned and inspected between each guest, and carpets are maintained on a regular schedule, with deeper treatments handled during the off-season due to back-to-back bookings. This house and location were both amazing. The house was so spacious and had everything you would need. I am a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness and this house was spotless. I will definitely book this location again, it did not disappoint!

We enjoyed staying here. Great location, short walk to the resort pools and beach plus shuttle service if needed. Very close to restaurants and shops. Management company was responsive to our issues as well. Down side is walking through a bedroom to get to the pool and grill. Could use a dish drainer and pot holders (none provided) for the kitchen and more than one kitchen (dish) towel for a 10 person home.

Family Fun in the Sun

Check in and check out was easy.Beautiful kitchen and beautiful property. Very clean and modern.There were 8 of us. 6 adults and 2 small children.The beach was an easy walk but most of the time we took the shuttle since it was so hot the week we stayed. Even took the shuttle to Barefoot landing. Pool was an added bonus. Would definitely return to this beautiful beach house!

Family vacation!

First time booking through Itrip and glad I did. They met all our expectations and more! House was very clean and in order. Any need we had was promptly taken care of! Good communication with quick response! The house is beautiful and in a good neighborhood! Walk to the beach was easy and we enjoyed all the extra amenities! Thank you Itrip for a wonderful vacation!

Great house, great location

Our stay was excellent. We had 10 people. (5 adults, 5 kids) there was definitely enough space for us all. The house is beautiful, clean, we all loved the pool at the house but also enjoyed the easy access to the beach nearby and access to the resort and pools. Only mild inconvenience was no propane in the tank, but we emailed and let them know(we didn’t need it for the rest of our meals, so no big deal) and just needing to bring TP, paper towels, trash bags etc for a weeks stay, as we definitely went over the small amount that’s provided, but they let you know ahead of time what’s provided. Check in/check out was super easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family trip! We will look to return sometime!

Great experience

Booking and pre trip communication was great….very professional. The house was in a superb location, clean and well furnished….would rent again. You have to mind stairs though. Suggestions for owner….replace front porch ceiling fans as they are extremely rusted and we were uncomfortable running them due to fear of them breaking away, also kitchen dishes, pots and pans etc is pretty minimal….a house full of people would have issues, check all tv’s for remotes as one only had the tv remote but not one for streaming like a Roku. Back right bedroom tv would not go to a station.

Perfect

The house was exactly as advertised online, no surprises. It was immaculate and sparkling clean. Very pleased. Checking in and out was easy, location was close to fishing and pools and beach (a win win win). Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs. Stairs to get into the front door, stairs from the living room down to the pool, most of the bedrooms are on the bottom level while the living and kitchen area are in the upper level. This is only a concern for those less able-bodied as a heads up. Lots of space to spread out and get privacy though.

The house is very beautiful and clean , the neighborhood quiet and beautiful as well. Communication with host was handled in timely manner, had little issues here and there that we were able to resolve promptly. The only issue is the house is a 4 bedrooms and one of the bedroom give direct access to the pool/ backyard And that is the only way to get to the pool.that was a bummer. We were 4 couples and once the couple that was in that room went to bed we had no choice the going back inside so they could have their privacy.

Nice house but…

The house was nice and the location great. The inside looks like the pictures but it was dirty. The floors had dirt and crumbs all over it, the couches have not been cleaned under in quite some time. The patio furniture was not cleaned at all and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time either. The over all cleanliness was horrible. And if you are staying on the bottom level, you hear the people waking upstairs. If they cleaned the place, it would be a great place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we have to say that we were very confused by it. As noted by the reservation right before you, they highlighted how much they loved the cleanliness of the home. In addition, I pulled all of our communication records, and it doesn’t appear that we heard from you once during your stay. We even sent an email midstay checking in to see how things were going and if you needed assistance of any kind. We again did not hear back. We do you wish we you would have reached out to our maintenance team, as noted in the check-in instructions and on the outside of your check-in envelope, as they could have definitely assisted you with any issues you may have encountered while here. North Myrtle Getaway

Overall impression was very good. We had aSmall issue that was handled promptly. However, it was not as clean as expected. Overall it was clean- but beer and other alcoholic beverage cans under the bed in one bedroom (both open and still sealed) were concerning - especially since this is where a child was sleeping. Used razor thrown behind a dresser and dirty dishes in the cabinet (which I know house cleaners would not have checked) put a bit of a damper on the first evening. I would just recommend that the house cleaners at least look under the beds. It was a great place to stay - close to everything and will always be remembered as a special week . The only way to the pool is through a bedroom - which we made work - but some could have an issue with that.

Fun Family Friendly Vacation

We had a great time. We've stayed in 4 homes in this community over the past few years. This house was perfect for our family. The master bedroom had a large walk-in closet with a window and outlets that we used as a room for our 15 month old. The pack-n-play was nice to be included and fit perfectly. A twin size air mattress would also fit for anyone wanting to keep a small child on the same floor as the master. The baby gate was a little tricky to operate with the stairs but we made it work. The community amenities were great. The house is only a short walk to the pools and beach. The shuttle is nice for those who can't or do not want to walk. We used it when raining. We enjoyed the heated lazy river and games in the indoor pool area during that time. A larger grill--charcoal or gas would be nice. We used the small one provided that worked but had to make food in shifts. Overall loved this house, and plan to book it again for next year as soon as the booking window opens for our dates.

We loved 4911 Salt Creek Court! The location is so perfect, being almost as close to the resort as you can get without actually staying in the towers. The house was so clean when we arrived. We loved that there was no furniture with sharp edges, as we had a 2-year-old with us. And speaking of him, we’d forgotten the pack n play, but thankfully there was one in the closet! (We did have to buy a mattress for it.)The kitchen had a Keurig and a blender, which were big pluses. The washer and dryer worked well. The beds were comfy. And the TV remotes were actually easy to operate! Lol!The ONLY two drawbacks were the lack of beach toys and the access to the pool. If you don’t have kids with you, the lack of beach toys is irrelevant. However, this is our 6th time staying at North Beach, and every other house had beach toys in the garage. We shouldn’t have assumed! :)As for the pool access, you could only access the back patio/pool through one of the downstairs bedrooms. That’s where the toddler slept/napped. Since the back gate was locked, we couldn’t access the pool from outside, but of course we understand that! All in all, this is a great property. We loved it! Thank you for a great week!
