A Sweet Lovely Space to Slow Down and Have Fun. Pet Friendly! LVL 2 EV Charger

Our home feels like a retreat in a town that already feels like being in retreat. It is welcoming, comfortable and laid back. Simple and simply beautiful! The exterior is newly painted. This 1 bedroom/2 bath home with a fully-fenced, lot-sized yard is available to help you make fabulous memories with friends and family. Those memories might also include your loyal canine, if you choose to bring him/her. The open floor plan allows for wonderful sunlight to pour in from the many windows in each room. The 19 double-paned windows and shades are newly replaced, adding to the warmth and intimacy of our home. It sleeps 4 comfortably - queen bed upstairs and new couch with foldout queen memory foam mattress on the main floor. Of course, the full kitchen has a microwave and dishwasher. The house has Wifi. There is a gas grill for your use on one of the 2 decks. There is off-street parking. The summer brings flowers and hummingbirds and feeders and the winters bring snow and more snow. Our greatest hope is that people will come here to connect with the abundance of nature and all the activities available right outside the door, so that upon your return to the stressors of daily life, you can take the calmness of your Crested Butte experience with you. Whether it is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, alpine or Nordic skiing, our location provides easy access. We are, as friends like to say, two blocks from everything that is the "real" Crested Butte. Camp 4 coffee is around the corner, as are the great local shops and restaurants on Elk Avenue, the main street in town. The Crested Butte shuttle will pick you up right out front of the house and take you up to Mt Crested Butte for free! Leave your car behind and enjoy this great town!

The house is in a perfect location in town that allows you to to bike to all the trails and walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Most importantly, our dog felt right at home.

Wonderful place in the heart of CB!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. From the amazing backyard, full of hummingbirds, to the clean and comfortable living room. We appreciated all of the pet friendly accommodations, and loved being so close to everything. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back!

Location, location, location!

Perfect for our getaway. Patty is very accommodating, and dog friendly which was great for us. Walkable to everywhere in town. Even bird feeders! We had Evening Grosbeaks, hummers, chickadees, a couple of magpies, and ground squirrels and chipmunks to clean up the leftovers. A perfect weekend.

Wonderful week in Crested Butte

We had a marvelous time and the location was outstanding. We loved the ability to walk everywhere and enjoy both town and the ski mountain. We will be back!

Peaceful Cabin in a Fantastic Location

My husband and I traveled from Denver for a long weekend with our dogs. We couldn’t have asked for a better location - located on the main bus route, you can hop on the free bus and be on the slopes in less than 20 minutes but to makes things even better, this place is just a short walk to all the bars and restaurants for after mountain activities. We loved having a space that felt private with its own gated yard for the dogs and a parking space. We would definitely stay again!

Better than we imagined

From the moment we pulled into our parking spot we felt at home. The place was just perfect for the two of us. We had guest over for dinner and it was just perfect. Close to town and to grocery store, made excuses to make the walk. Warm and cozy. Will come back again next year.

Great location in town

Second time staying here and it was great! Dog friendly with a wonderful in town location. Walk to bars and restaurants on Elk. A short drive to a lot of great hikes. Hope to return for another visit next year!

3rd Year and still love it!

This was our 3rd year staying here, and we continue to love this spot. PERFECT spot in town, dog friendly and just easy! There is no TV, which we actually enjoy. They have a bird path and humming bird feeders right outside the windows and we so enjoyed watching all the wildlife and birds each day. Will continue to come back every year if we can!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just what we hoped - great location and very comfortable. Our pups loved the fenced in yard and we loved sitting on the patio, watching the beautiful hummingbirds. Thanks again for having us!

A lovely small house in Crested Butte, Colorado

The house was welcoming and well equipped…also filled with art and artistic charm. The garden is beautiful and the steady visits from hummingbirds and other birds were a joy to behold. In all, a truly great place to relax. The absence of a TV was a blessing and allowed us space off the grid. We used the time to cook,chill together and really relax. The hiking was spectacular!
