Hunter Valley Stays is proud to present Lillians on Lovedale. This quintessential 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom country house, modelled on a 1900’s dairy farmhouse, is in the heart of the well-known Lovedale region of Hunter Valley Wine Country just 2.5 hours from Sydney.

Guests will not only enjoy the picturesque house and location but also its proximity to Cessnock Airport, major concert venues, The Hunter Valley Gardens, world class golf courses, as well as being central to the playful destination of Lovedale. Experience neighbouring Balloons Aloft, wineries and cellar doors including Allandale, Capercaillie, Gartelman and Wandin. Guests will be spoilt for choice with an array of restaurants and cafes such as Leaves & Fishes, Emmerson’s, The Deck Cafe, The Brunch Collective as well as Binnorie Dairy for their award-winning cheeses. And for those coming for weddings, Lillian’s on Lovedale is only moments from Petersons, Lovedale Wedding Chapel, Wandin Valley, Moravia Park and Dark Horse for these special occasions.

Lillian’s is designed to host 4 guests and has one King room with en-suite and the other a king that can split to accommodate 2 singles. The main bathroom is charming and features a large, windowed spa bath for you to enjoy a truly serene soak. With fully ducted air conditioning, you and your guests will be comfortable all year round and throughout the winter you can snuggle up by the log fire and enjoy a glass of fine Hunter Valley wine with your Netflix movie of choice or cook up a storm either on the BBQ or in the modern country kitchen with coffee machine and all the convivences you’ll need. Take a spot on the wide verandas for your morning coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds and the serenity of the property’s 25 acres. Lillian’s is also the perfect spot to escape to work or create and with Wi-Fi available you can connect or unplug as and when you choose. Stay for a weekend or stay for a week, Lillian’s has all you need to rest, play and celebrate and we promise you, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into the pages of country magazine.

Please note, Lillians on Lovedale has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property. Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

ACCOMMODATION
Maximum 4 guests or 3 guests in separate beds.

Bedroom One - 1 x King Bed (Only) (2)
Bedroom Two - 1 x King Bed or 2 x Single Beds (2)

TARIFFS
Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 4 guests $507 per night (Thursday-Sunday)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 4 guests $380 per night (Monday-Wednesday)

Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS

Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.



Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

Cozy little hide away

Lillians is a cozy little stay for a holiday getaway. Ideal for a small family. We booked this 2BR property with 4BR property Black Creek Paddock which is only 2km apart to accomodate 6 couples . The place was neat and clean spacious rooms and common area and kitchen.

Hunter getaway

Loved Lillian’s on Lovedale for a friend’s getaway. Ideal for two couples with own bedroom and bathroom. It does need a bit of maintenance which I have reported. We did have an issue with the outside lighting of which someone came rather quickly to rectify with thanks!
