The Space:

Wake up to sweeping ocean views at Esplanade Escape, a quality beachfront holiday home overlooking Middleton Beach, with views stretching from The Bluff to the Murray Mouth and Coorong.



Enjoy open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas with sea views, a spacious balcony, corner spa and a large fully fenced backyard. The home includes reverse-cycle air conditioning, two single carport spaces, and rear access providing extra room for a boat or trailer.



Sleeping arrangements:

• Master bedroom – King bed

• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed

• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed



From here, you can walk to Middleton’s cafés, bakery and Tavern, or jump onto the coastal bike trail connecting Victor Harbor through to Goolwa. Whale watching season is generally between June and September.



Guest Access:

All spaces in the main house are available except for the garage. There is a shed out the back though that is available should you wish to store bikes and surfboards.



Other Things to Note:

This is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.

One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you, but please let us know beforehand. A $75 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.



Interaction with Guests:

The house is all yours but we aren’t far away so if you need anything we are only a few minutes away and can attend if needed.
