This is an amazing place. Lots of space for gathering and games and can't beat the location! We love how close to the beach it was.

Large and clean. Very functional for a large family. Close to the beach. This was our third time renting.

70 Spotted Sandpiper

Great location! Great neighborhood! Just a short walk from the beach. Comfortable beds and a great screened porch. Enjoyed our stay but the property has aged.

Great Location, lots of room

Location is great with easy walking distance to the beach. Also, the layout of the house let the multiple families to have their own space and even space for kids to have their place to play. The finish in the house is a little dated but to us the location and layout were more kmpirtant

Birthday celebration

We had a great time together with all our family. The weather was good, the beach was great, we rented bicycles for everyone and we celebrated grandma’s 70th birthday with a dance in the living room with all the kids and grandkids.

Would not stay there again

Yellow dog pee stains all over carpet Big bugs in house Stove was cracked and fixed 5 days into stay I should get a discount. For all of this

Good stay

No dish cloths and no air in master br upstairs and loft area. Not enough toilet tissue for first night. Other than that the house was great.

We are truly sorry for any supplies lacking in the home during your stay. We would have been more than happy to bring those by had we been made aware. Additionally, we are not entirely sure what is meant by no air in the bedroom upstairs. We have not found or had reports of any issues with the HVAC system. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay otherwise and we will ensure that our team is aware of these comments so that we may be more diligent in the future.

Good. Not excellent.

We had a few problems with the A/C being uneven. A doorknob to a bathroom door was broken, but was replaced on the second day. The rug in the living room was stained. Two smoke alarms beeped for two days until the batteries were replaced. One had to be replaced twice. It was hard to sleep as they were in two bedrooms. Otherwise it was fine.

Beds consideration

This was a wonderful meeting house for our group. The 4 single beds, however, are definitely for children and not adults - as the bed were not very comfortable and no bathroom for those 4. So take that into consideration with your group. The kitchen was well stocked - wonderful areas for socializing and meeting - good Wifi connection - nice parking for all of us. It was a comfortable house and we enjoyed our stay.

Four Families!

This house was perfect for our 4-family, 3-generation reunion. We had 14 people and never felt crowded. Great gathering space; long dining table; wonderful playroom for the youngest among us. It was a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was quite well stocked with equipment. We ate most meals in and loved cooking together. We’d definitely recommend the space!

Spacious for Ten

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room, dining room and screened porch were all great for our adult family of ten. Room for all to gather together without leaving anyone out. The living room easily hosted several nights of charades. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. It was only a five minute walk to the beach, even with beach chairs and coolers. The drawbacks of the house were a very odd layout of rooms, a very small shower in the Jack & Jill bathroom, mold covering the ceiling of the downstairs master bathroom, and the upstairs master bedroom was very damp and musty smelling. The upstairs master shower is not well constructed and was loosing the finish on the walls by the shower nozzle from the water. The house also had lots of bugs, not just "Palmetto Bugs" but other kinds as well. Many found in the cupboards and drawers of the kitchen. The lamps on the screened porch are in really sad repair, we were afraid to turn them on.

I have passed your comments to our property management team to investigate and address immediately as needed, if they have not been already. I can advise that they home has since received its quarterly pest treatment.

The house was nice but a bit worn and dated

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We are sorry to hear of any issues you experienced during your stay, as it doesn't not appear we were made aware of them. We do supply starter amounts of paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels, but not typically enough for an entire family for the week. If there was not that appropriate amount upon arrival, our team would have been happy to provide more. I will pass your comments regarding the bugs to our team to investigate and ensure there are no issues in the home. Typically, due to the nature of the climate and area, there will be one of two Palmetto bugs that get inside, but they are not indicative of cleanliness or continuous issues. We hope that you enjoyed your time on the island despite these issues!
