Slopesider Alert! Lovely updated 2/2 top floor condo, maximum occupancy 4.

Right in the middle of it all. You can see the slopes from most of the house, and the bedrooms allow you to watch people go overhead on the ski lift. When it's time for you to hit the powder yourself, just walk over to the access steps across the street.
Windows everywhere mean it's bright and cheery, and you're never far from the action.
2 queen beds with Spectrum cable and smart tvs in each, and great wifi for those needing to work while on vacation. Lovely hardwood floors, high ceilings and granite in the kitchen. There's a combination microwave and convection oven and a small cooktop as well as a toaster oven and coffee maker. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.

The rental had wonderful access to sugar mountain slopes. We were able to walk right over and hop on the slope. I didn’t look carefully enough to see that you are only renting the top portion of a chalet. There is a completely separate rental downstairs. This wasnt a problem for us at all, but I can see how it could be. The space is small but clean. There is however a strong musty smell upon entering. They try to combat it with air fresheners, but doesn’t quite do the trick. We had issues with hot water. You only get about 5 minutes. After skiing, a long shower is definitely needed, so that was very disappointing. We chose for the location, and that did not disappoint. You can watch the slopes out the window and see the lifts running right over the house.

Treehouse Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful retreat with the feel of a treehouse dwelling perched high above the Sugar Maples. Wall-to-ceiling glass in every room brings nature into full view. The morning birds are singing every day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Just a short walk to the slopes, which meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere. When we arrived, someone was parked in our spot. Given that there were no other open spots, we contacted Joan who tried to get the issue resolved but after waiting a while, the offender showed up and moved his truck. Cody was very helpful in letting us check out late. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean enough, although we were hit with the smell of moth balls upon entry into the place. Beds not comfortable, need to flip mattresses or replace completely. Cable did not work. Took 3 weeks and a call to receive our $1500 deposit back.

I stayed with my husband and friends and enjoyed so much. The property was same as its description. Cody and her team were extremely helpful and reachable.

Winter Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Good: Exciting and fun! Checked off some Bucket List items. Got to see snow, went snow tubing and hit the slopes skiing. View from the unit was beautiful! Nice area with lots of things to do = country stores, antique shops, gem mining. The staff was courteous, polite, and professional. The Bad: The parking area for SlopeSider 23B was inconvenient and the walk way was dangerous = uphill and covered with snow and ice - we fell. (Maybe adding hand rail on both sides would help?) Loud beep noise (from wifi tech equip?) every thirty minutes interrupted sleep. Only small # of TV channels available = missed the SuperBowl.

Great location. No parking

Everything was great except no parking available at the house. There were cars in our spots when we arrived and the rental company said they were unable to have them moved. Open parking on the whole street I guess even though there were towing enforced signs everywhere. The cars stayed all weekend so we had to park down the hill. Not ideal

Perfect for a family of 4 and in a great location right across the street from the slopes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with reservations. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location and views

Our family enjoyed being here so much for a weekend getaway! The windows in the living room are from floor to ceiling and we opened the blinds first every morning to see the slopes. Cleanliness was okay, there were crumbs in the couch and food under the tables that hadn’t been cleaned up.. We made the best of it. The decor is great, very peaceful, we would rent here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, nice chalet but did not have hot water one night nor the next am. They did come and fix it later. Would really appreciate an adjustment on my bill for this issue. We will rent on Sugar again in the future and hope for no glitches. I called three different numbers trying to reach a person to assist with the problem. There needs to be a repair number given when we checked in.
