Great spot for a larger group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! We very comfortably slept 5. The bonus room off of the garage was very convenient for us as an extra private bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything was clean, water pressure was great! No notes! Plus check in and out was a breeze, we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The conso was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Everything we could want to prepare meals, and lots of basics in the pantry. Pretty view from the great room. It's an easy 10 minute walk down the rail trail, to the base of the the ski area. And an easy walk into town for shopping and dining. Tons of games and books to enjoy. As others have noted, the master suite on the top floor does not have a door at the top of the steps, which may be an issue for light sleepers. And the master suite bath does not have a door. Again, not an issue for our group We would definitely recommend the property to others.

The most wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alpine Lodging assisted us in relocating to this property after a different rental snafu (not through them). The pictures don’t do it justice! It was spotless and well taken care of. The kitchen and living were on the smaller side and quaint, but perfect for our family. The location was excellent, beds were comfortable, and despite no A/C and close to 90 degree temps while we there, the home was very comfortable! The view off the back to the trees and trail was so pretty, and we enjoyed meeting the very kind neighbors as well.The deck appeared brand new despite signage that it was unsafe/unusable — having that accessible would’ve been the only thing to make it even better!

Family week in Sun Valley

Two things to know: 1) the main bedroom does not have a door, nor does the bathroom, 2) The unit is very hot.

Comfortable condo, close to the lifts

Nice art! The heating system was loud and uncontrollable. Overall, an enjoyable stay! Would come back.

Better than expected !

Since we hosted an engagement dinner, it was delightful that we had at least 10 plates, sets of silverware and glasses. Clearly. The owners like to cook; everything we needed was in the kitchen and the condo was bright , clean and cozy ! Great location. Less than 10 minutes to bottom of mountain and to town. Everything walkable . Would rent again !!

Best two week ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunbird 9 is a beautiful short walk to River Run lifts along the river. The condo itself had everything we needed for our two week stay. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms was the perfect size and very well maintained. The large window in the dining area brings the outside indoors which is very unique. Additionally, the top of Dollar Mountain is visible. Plan to rent again next year.

Amazing Location - Summer and Winter

The location is fantastic - steps to the bike path, walk to town, walk to ski, walk to the river. Great layout, full stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We can't wait to come back!
