Welcome to this beautiful private lakefront cottage on Bob Lake, 15 minutes from the town of Minden.

Nearly 400 feet of lake frontage with a breathtaking view of the lake! This family cottage includes a large open concept living and dining area with custom built kitchen, large windows, original wood fireplace, and walkouts to back deck/lake with spectacular views of the sunset!

The lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, canoeing, and more!

There's a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with ice and filtered water as well as all the main cooking and bbq utensils you'll need.

Massive deck approx. 14x50 with tons of seating, a barbeque, and 2 tables with chairs.

Access to paddleboat, canoe, and 3 kayaks

Lovely cottage

The location and cottage was perfect for a family getaway! The lake was beautiful and everything was very clean and organized. Jennifer was very communicative and a great host. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great Getaway

Beautiful property!! The cottage was very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need to enjoy tpur stay. The property was gorgeous and felt safe. Jennifer the host was vert prompt in responding to my questions and the check in process was super easy. Would definitely rebook!

Amazing stay at Pine Point Cottage!

Our stay at Pine Point Cottage was thoroughly enjoyable. Communication with the host was very easy and quick responses to any questions we had. Although there was a fire ban not allowing us to have a fire outdoors, there was an indoor fireplace that was lovely and we still got to enjoy roasting s’mores and staying toasty. Highly recommend staying here for a nice weekend getaway from the city to enjoy a beautiful lakeside stay.

Great spot on the lake!

We loved our stay and the location was perfect. We wanted a spot that had clear water with rocky/sandy bottoms and we got that. There were three kayaks and a canoe, all of which we used every day. The cottage itself is well-equipped and strikes the perfect balance of contemporary comfort with the look and feel of a classic cottage. Our host was very responsive and took quick care of a couple of minor issues we had. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

The perfect week!

This vacation did NOT disappoint. From booking, last minute questions to inquires while onsite - the host was always responsive and informative. The cottage was well kept and exactly as shown in pics, with a kitchen that was spacious and well stocked and the living area offering plenty of space to relax in. The outside area offered both a fire pit and an extensive deck where some of our group fished (successfully) and others relaxed in the sun. The dock enjoyed sun well into the evening - which our entire group loved! There were plenty of water activities for our group to enjoy (kayak, canoe, paddleboat, life jackets, noodles for floating, etc). The drive into Minden was picturesque and the town had everything we needed! We have nothing but great things to say and will be repeat customers for sure!

Fantastic Gettaway!

We really enjoyed vacationing at this cottage! I stayed with my brother, sister-in-law, 9 month old nephew, mother, and dog. The greatest asset by far about the cottage is the lake, which has no weeds, is deep off the dock, has great clarity, and limited boat traffic. My mom and I are avid swimmers and swimming daily was a treat! The only downside to our stay, which doesn't have to do with the cottage, is the fact that the Minden dump doesn't accept garbage from non-residents. So, it wasn't pleasant bringing my nephew's dirty diapers and all garbage/recycling back home with us to Toronto. Other than the dump situation, the cottage is spacious with big windows, the deck is massive, it's easy to get to the lake, and there's a nice fire pit. Jennifer (the owner) was also very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all my questions. Thanks for sharing your cottage!

A week in Bob Lake

Even though there is no public boat launch in Bob Lake and we were not able to use our boat we had an amazing time. The water off the dock is deep for swimming and there is also a shallow area for my younger son. This cottage is fairly private from the neighbours. The lake it’s self is quiet as well. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing around the lake. The cottage has a ton of room so my family of 5 did not feel crammed in and has an amazing view of the water. Beds were comfortable and to not have to bring bedding was a plus. The host was amazing to deal with polite and very responsive.

Wonderful week at the cottage!

We have just returned home from a lovely stay at Bob Lake. The cottage is spacious and filled with all the necessary amenities, and the host is very responsive and accommodating. We loved watching the birds and chipmunks at the feeders every morning, and we swam in the beautiful lake rain or shine. Our kiddos had a wonderful time playing on the property. Thanks for such a perfect cottage week! Missing those sunsets already!

Tranquility

The cottage is exactly what we were looking for in location and setting. The large deck had many flowers and bird feeders which attracted Humming birds, Doves, and Blue Jays. It overlooked the lake and sunsets in the evening. The owners set out the exact number of Adirondack chairs on the lower deck overlooking the lake and some fun toys for our Grandson. We enjoyed the paddleboat, canoe and kayak and our grandson caught his first fish. We would certainly return and hope to in the near future.
