This beautifully appointed ski-in/ski-out home comes complete with access to a shared pool, fitness center, and hot tub.

Located in Elkpoint at the base of Purgatory Resort, you can ski out the front door or can walk to the Village for dining, shopping, and private club access. The home even has a heated garage for parking or storing your gear.

The home is tri-level with an open-concept main level living room. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace as you watch the snow fall out the floor-to-ceiling windows, or watch some cable on the large flatscreen TV. A DVD player is provided for watching movies, and free WiFi for catching up on emails.

Privacy is available in the loft furnished with comfy chairs and ottomans in the reading nook. There's a desk here as well if you must catch up on work.

The kitchen of the home is well-equipped with standard appliances and a dishwasher for easy cleaning. There's counter seating for two, while a larger dining table offers space for eating home-cooked meals family-style. In the warmer months, take advantage of the gas grill on the deck while you take in the alpine views.

This four-bedroom, four-bathroom home sleeps up to eight. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom replete with a luxurious oversized jetted tub, a king bed, and a private fireplace. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and full bath, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom and have a king and two twin beds, respectively. Each of these bedrooms has its own balcony with mountain views.

There is an additional room on the lower level of the home. With a game room, private bathroom, and private patio, this space is perfect for the kids.

There is so much to do just out your front door! Purgatory offers all the winter sports adventure you could ask for, and Durango is just 26 miles away. The local Narrow Gauge Railroad offers scenic rides from the town to Silverton and back, and warmer months bring the opportunity for rafting trips and fishing on the Animas River. If you'd rather stay close to home just kick back at the hot tub or pool at the resort, or get a massage at the spa. In the summer, Purgatory also offers an adventure ropes course, ziplining, and a bungee trampoline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
