Luxury Condo by Main Plaza - Walk to Slopes - Deck with Amazing Views

Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo (Unit 306) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.

Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for great meals and The main living space features a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain.

The condo also features WIFI, Dish TV, ski racks outside the front door and and plenty of closet space for all your equipment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets and gas grills are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Kitchen had everything we needed. House was really good. To use the pool and gym you have to pay more. The resort was supposed to open the Saturday before we arrived. It did not. We ended up only staying 2 nights and did not get any money back. Lesson learned, get the insurance.

Purgatory needs a facelift

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Selected this rental as we were needing 4 bedrooms. Liked that it was a 1 level condo as we had a 1 year old with us and there were no stairs. This was a 8 family vacation. We usually rent from Cascade Village, so this review reflects what we would normally expect. Parking- as with any large group we had 4 vehicles. Only 1 parking spot was allowed. Were weā€™re told that the rest of the vehicles were to be parked in a dirt/gravel overnight lot at the base of the complex. This was totally unacceptable to us when the lot is not lighted and weā€™re expected to walk up a hill in the dark. There were plenty of parking spaces in front of our unit. Bedrooms-4th bedroom closest to the living room mattress dipped to the middle. 3rd bedroom-there are no windows that open, no air flow in that room, so was very stuffy. Overall cleanliness -acceptable with the exception of the living room floor. Compared to other rentals in the area, we would not consider this a luxury condo or re-book with you.

Reunion Time!

Being from Texas no air conditioning is always a concern.For the most part that was okay. Great fans for all rooms would be a BIG Bonus. One bedroom has no windows to open so that is a little uncomfortable for summertime.But overall the stay was great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook etc. We had a great ime.Location is great the resort main common area is right across the street.

Great Property

Condo was nice and as described. Everything at Purgatory has a retro feel and the condo was no different. I liked that the tvs did not stream Netflix because the kids played card games with us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook all the meals. We were directly across the street from the lifts. We would stay here again.

I like the amazing views from our balcony! It was also very spacious and able to accommodate a huge group and had all that you needed to cook. That was awesome. The unit does need ceiling fans because the floor fans are very old and noisy and although it was cool outside the unit felt warm when there wasnā€™t a breeze. The middle room had poor ventilation and we couldnā€™t use it. Sleeper sofas werenā€™t that great either. Other than that the unit was amazing.

Lots of space for the kiddos to get energy out before we went to the mountain. Three of the four bedrooms have access to a patio, which made for gorgeous views in the winter (certain it's even better when rented in the summer). We hope to rent this again on future trips!

Best Condo we have stayed in

A group of 3-4 couples ski each year. This year was Purg. It is usually hard to find a unit that sleeps 4 couples (king or queen bed per couple). Let along an affordable unit. This unit was the nicest condo we have stayed in at any area we have stayed so far. Nice, clean, roomy. Short walk to the lifts and slopes. The unit is on one floor, which is so much nicer than the many multi bedroom units with vertical rooms on three floors. and it has an elevator. Nice, adequately stocked kitchen, and we have some discerning chefs. There is not a lot of dinner dining options in the mountain village, and we like to cook in. So it worked very well for us. There is great communication and assistance with the property manager. Check in, check out, daily use instructions are all very clear. The minor issues encountered in all rentals were easily overlooked by the nicety of the visit. We all enjoyed Purgatory and will be back and will stay with this rental. Thanks

When we first got in there, all of the dishes, cups, etc were disgusting and dirty. The front bedroom and two pull out couches are awful. The king mattress sinks and the pull out mattresses are thin, unsupportive, and absolutely gross. Our kids slept on the best pull out but don't expect any adults to sleep there.
