Property is in a great location. Beautiful views from Balcony. Access to beach is very convenient. Parking is well lit. Elevators work very well.

Property was clean. We were supplied with no laundry bag to put in dirty linens, network concerns of the temperature control of the unit, water came in under the door during a heavy storm. Ocean view was perfect. Pools were clean and fun for the grandkids. Better communications on entering the condo with deadlock bolt and code.

Condo is exactly as described. Clean and even got access hours early since it was ready. Only negative thing I could say is the kitchen was not as vast in utensils as other condos we have had but we made it work.

There is nothing inviting about entry to the unit, musty odor, parking good ,This unit needs serious renovation and upgrade, flooring, bathroom fixtures were all mismatch of different colors and styles, the lighting was very bad, Livingroom had only small bed table lamps, no overhead lighting in bedroom, just night table lighting, beds in all rooms had to be years old and uncomfortable, the "3rd" bedroom queen must of been for children, the bedframe sat about 10 inches off the floor and no closet, Bed coverings were very worn.The unit is not supplied with anything for beach vacation, * it did state beach towels not provided which we found odd since you're at the beach, you would know if you included in inventory and they were not there at check out and charge or do some sort of deposit upon rental and refund after check out. no hangers for closet, limited amount of paper products,2 roll toilet tissue per bathroom,1 dishwasher packet, 1 small bar of soap for each bathroom, 1 roll paper towel, 1 dishtowel and 1 dishcloth, 1 small bottle of dishsoap, 1 sponge, no coffee filter (how would one know to bring filters for what coffee pot),and it was very clear no type of refill service so you needed to make due with what was in the unit. which if you have 8 people in this units as it hold, you need more towels and paper products. Seem so cheap not to provide items you should not have to pack in a suitcase especially if you fly in. View best part of unit,

Nice getaway

Room was as pictured and had what we needed. The drain in the second bathroom needs some maintenance as the tub fills up while showering. Gorgeous view! Wish there was a restaurant/bar on property. Overall we had a great time!

Gorgeous sunrise view, right on the beach! Great communication and accommodating. Spacious unit, but only had 2 bathrooms, not 3, and outside pool was freezing!!!

Great Time

The property was fantastic and views were great! The king bed was not quite as comfortable as I expected but certainly not a deal breaker. The unit was clean and will decorated. The property manager responded to my emails within minutes of hitting send. Overall extremely satisfied and would stay there again.

Very nice condo!

We were pleased with our condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Well stocked with towels, blankets, etc Both outdoor hot tubs were out of service so that was disappointing. Pool and lazy river are on the east side of the building, close to the building so they were in the shade all afternoon… including the deck. Condo was within short driving distance to restaurants and attractions but far away enough that we weren’t too disturbed by Bikers Week noise. Beach was lovely!

Beautiful views

Everything thing about the property was exactly as pictured and described. The beds were comfortable albeit a couple of beds were kind of low to the floor but comfortable none the less. The only one knock would be the unit was badly in need of furniture update in the eating and living room areas. Other than that, everything thing else was on point. Would definitely recommend. You wont be disappointed.

Was really dirty at our condo

We called the desk they sent someone to clean they admitted that it was really dirty .they should have made it right from that point first day was this

Luxury condo rental 903

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in myrtle beach. The condo was very nice. A few things that would have made the stay a little more convenient would have been a cork screw and pizza cutter. Kitchen gadgets were few and far between. We borrowed them from another unit. Also, the bed in the master bedroom broke in the middle of the night. The washer or dryer left black stains on our white clothes. I had to scrub black marks out of 4 white items of clothing when I got home and I don’t know if they will come out. The place was very nice and awesome location, on the beach! I would recommend this place but I would tell anyone to ask about these things we experienced. They aren’t things you think about having to ask about. Beach chairs would have been a great thing to have as well! Thank you for listening and your consideration

Excellent Property

From booking to checkout it was a seamless process. The condo was clean and looked just as advertised. Great ocean view and easy access to the beach. Close to all of the attractions in Myrle Beach, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. I would definitely stay again.
