I was very happy with everything about this very large beach home for our family vacation of 3...

I was very happy with everything about this very large beach home for our family vacation of 34. The floors were beautiful, the rooms were decorated very nice, we had a huge kitchen which accommodated all of our needs. Our elevator worked great, hot showers for all whenever you liked, very comfortable beds. The mermaid statues and other decor was so nice to look at, made it feel beachy also. The pool was always clean, they came several times to clean it. The beach area was perfect for us. Elliott Rentals were wonderful to work with, when I made the reservations and as we checked out. I'll include, one of my most favorite vacations ever!

Golf Trip

The property was better than advertised. It was spacious and luxurious. We had only one complaint. They gave us all of the bed linen that we needed. The only issue was that none of it was labeled. I suggest that you label the linen with K,Q,D or T. It would help the vacationers identify what bed the linen went on. Other than that everything was SPECTACULAR and we plan on returning.

House wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Large cockroaches inside. Mold in all showers and shower curtains. Broken furniture. Elevator was broken. Jacuzzi turns on with a rusty wrench. Coffee pot broken. Blinds up with coat hangers. Comforters are ripped with the stuffing hanging out. Paid for linen and towel package yet no hand towels or bath mats provided. We had several elderly people with us who needed the elevator. Finally after sending 4 maintenance people out, 24 hours later, the elevator started working. But not before someone fell down the steps. Iam so disappointed in this property. After paying nearly 5,000 for a 3 night stay, we are all so disappointed. What should have been a wonderful beach retreat was filled with stress, worry and cleaning. Do not waste your money.

The location is great, beautiful setting on the beach. The house is huge but could use some maintenance updating. many fixtures are broken, towel bars, toilet paper holders. The three grills are unusable, not clean. Had to wait two hours beyond check in time to get into the unit. Had to put sheets on the beds ourselves and toilet paper not supplied (Have rented many times in many places and always have one new role per bathroom.) The pool table is damaged, as is the air hockey. There is really a hodge lodge of kitchen supplies, but missing small glasses and teaspoons. No directions left for operating tvs, hot tub etc. the elevator was clumsy to use. We enjoyed our time with the family but were somewhat disappointed in the house considering the rental cost. We e

Track Trip 2022

The property location is amazing. Access to everything in the NMB area was easy. The house needs some upgrades but all in all was very nice for our stay. The Appliances are aged. Both Refrigerators had issues with the freezers and the closing devices on the refrigerator doors were both in need of repair. The living room furniture was well past its days but for a group of youngsters it was all they needed. Please don't take the needed repairs as dissatisfaction with the place.. We really did enjoy ourselves and the house. Finally, understanding that the private owner always has access to the house, it would have been nice to know that their son was showing up in the middle of a day to look/inspect something. His unannounced visit and walking into the house without knocking or announcing his presence shook our house mother up a bit as she knew nothing of his visit or intentions when he came into the home. Imagine had someone been unclothed or in need of privacy.

However, I do apologize for the inconveniences you had with the appliances and furniture. Please know this Homeowner is working to upgrade the house--one of the reasons his son went by. I am sorry that the house mother was shook up by his entering the home unannounced. We are also working on a new system that will be beneficial to our guest when service is required. I hope these issues will not keep you from allowing us the chance to serve you again in the near future.
