Family getaway

The property was exactly what our family needed for our trip to the Daytona area. We loved being close to all that Daytona has to offer, while being tucked away in a peaceful oasis.

Great neighborhood and big yard

The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Very good location for enjoying the coastal town stores and restaurants. It was a pleasant stay.

The house was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed a was so cute too!! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to the couple question I had. Couldn’t be more pleased, highly reccommend!!

This place was absolutely perfect!!! Tracey the host was so kind, friendly and hospitable. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and daily morning walks in the neighborhood. Will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area!

Tucked away gem

This property was easy to find and convenient to everything. Immaculately clean, large bathrooms and nice neighbors surrounding. We didn’t use the grill or outdoor patio but it would be great for a little bbq in the sunshine. Highly recommend this property.

The house was better than the pictures. Location was ideal , minutes to beaches , grocery and great restaurants. Fully stocked with beach gear, chairs and towels. We really enjoyed the luxury bed linens after a day in the sun.

Great Peoperty

Tracey made this an exceptionally great stay. The house is clean and close to everything we needed to do. The communication with Tracy was excellent and efficient. I’m using this property every time I visit my son in Port Orange! 50 stars!

Christmas at the Rose Bay house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay through the Christmas holiday. The house was very clean and decorated very nice. The backyard was great to just sit and enjoy. The kitchen was fully equipped with pretty much anything and everything we needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed a walk to Rose Bay and watched the sunset. We would definitely stay there again.

Short and sweet

We stayed in this home to visit our family member in Port Orange. The house was safe and quiet. We were hardly even at the house, as we spent time visiting with our family at their home. Some surfaces were a bit sticky, but overall it was decorated nicely and everything worked as it should

Plumbing nightmare

2nd night in the residence I spent half the night mopping and repairing pipes and extracting water from beneath the kitchen sink. Guest bathroom sink would not drain, so it was not an option. They came to re-repair the kitchen sink the next morning but didn’t fix then guest bath sink. Told me that they will have to come back. Never did. Backyard full of biting insects. They were really nice people, just not great at customer service. Never even apologize, for the inconvenience.

"Hi Jeremy, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. Here's our response to each of the items you mentioned: -When you contacted me on Saturday to express how great the property was and inquired about biting insects, I looked into your concern with our pest control company. Springtime in Florida brings lots of emerging insects. The property is regularly treated inside and out for pests but we always recommend spraying up when going outside. When I reached out to our licensed pest control expert to verify this and he confirmed that not much more can be done during your stay. He offered to be available should you wish to discuss and I provided his contact information to you. -As for the plumbing problem, we wish we would have known sooner. Always regrettable but sometimes happens. It’s always best to reach out immediately to management when any problem occurs so we can get you help. We were not alerted on Saturday via text until after 10:00 pm when you indicated there was a problem and that the water at the sink was off and the mess mopped up. In my text reply which I still have to refer to, I apologized for the inconvenience and promised a fix first thing in the morning. -Our maintenance crew arrived at 10:00 am on Sunday, repaired the detached pipes under the kitchen sink, and flushed out the guest bathroom pipes. It was discovered that the pipes had an abundance of sand in them which was cleared to get you up and running. -When the crew was on the property to repair the detached pipes, they noted the presence of an undeclared pet. Magnolia by the Bay welcomes dogs with a fee that we collected from your post-stay. Our goal is always to provide you with a great stay."

This was a great dog-friendly property! Close to the beach, very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and a fenced backyard made this a great place to stay!

Close to Events and Park

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during the World Cheerleading competition. It was close enough to the Ocean Center and the Bandshell, but far enough away that we weren't in major traffic. We enjoyed the walk to Rose Park. For geocachers, there are a few good ones in the area. Tracey was a great communicator! My niece arrived earlier than we did so Tracey was great giving her directions in. We had a few questions, and Tracey promptly answered our texts. Our dogs loved the fenced yard... and the neighbors were very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing time during stressful competition.

It was wonderful to be able to leave the stress and noise of hundreds of stressed out dancers to go to this house. We loved not having to eat out, letting the kids destress without worry or having to watch them constantly because of the fenced in backyard. Everything we needed was already there. Thank you.
