The property has its own private garage for secure parking with 2 car parking spaces and a further 2 spaces outside the garage if required.

Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key.



We have a strict no party, no school Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.



No smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex.
