This home is magnificent and spacious, perfect for family retreats, gatherings, couples just looking for a private getaway, or friends looking just to connect and have fun. This home is stocked with all the amenities necessary to entertain and just to be able to sit back and enjoy Florida’s Forgotten Coast nestled within the streets of a private neighborhood.
This home is full of character and charm. The flooring throughout the house is original tongue and groove hardwood flooring. The bathrooms are full baths with tile flooring. The kitchen is bright and comfortable and contains granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking and entertaining needs. The bar seats 6 along with the dining area seating 4. We have three beautifully decorated bedrooms with spacious closets and two updated bathrooms. This home has a delightful open floor plan with a large kitchen, den and dining room being equipped with everything you may need. It will comfortable sleep 10, with one bedroom being a luxurious bunk room that will sleep 8 comfortable. Our home is equipped with three smart televisions and DVD-Blue ray players. We have a 55 inch in the Den/Kitchen/Dining area, a 42 inch in the living area and 39 inch in the Bunk room for everyone to enjoy their favorite programs. Books, board games, videos are also provided. The laundry room includes a full sized stackable washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. All linens, kitchen utensils, small appliances, Wi-Fi, and internet is also available. Child friendly amenities are available free of charge including high chairs, booster chairs and cribs available at your request. Golf carts canoes, kayaks, horseback riding can be rented at nearby establishments if you are interested.
This vacation home has a private fenced in back yard with a lush and shady yard with fruit trees, an outdoor fire pit complete with benches, wood porch swing, an outdoor charcoal grill, all perfect for your entertainment. Our gravel lane is suitable for additional parking for cars and boats that offers space to park and feel that your boat is safe. Yes, you have plenty of space to park and clean your boat! You also have easy access for boat and trailer maneuvering! The driveway goes from the front of the house to the back alley with plenty of room. We have created a large and lighted back porch which wraps around the entire back portion of the house, allowing for ample space for your whole family or group to gather, enjoy and relax.
This paradise home is located within minutes and walking distance of fine dining, great shopping, dancing and other entertainment. It offers something for every family member whether it be swimming, sun bathing, picnicking, boating. bird watching, canoeing, bicycling, kayaking, snorkeling, horseback riding, crabbing, and of course fishing.
