Sorry to hear that you felt the beds were not comfortable. This is not something that we hear very often even though beds comfort is very subjective. Should you arrive and feel the hot tub is not hot enough, you can contact our office and we will send out the spa service company who professionally oversees the spa. The home is heated with gas forced air throughout. Perhaps the vents downstairs were closed? Again, should you have such issues, please don't hesitate to reach out. The photos are reflective of the property as they were taken not too long ago. We feel that the condo is in good shape. In addition, it constantly receives high marks from people who stay.

Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay at Fairway as this place regularly receives high marks from guests. The condo is fairly priced when comparing to similar condos in the Fairway complex. The condo DOES provide gas forced air heating through out. You are correct that A/C is not included as we do not advertise it with A/C. Very few homes and condos in Sunriver provide air. With that Fairway guests have exclusive access to the complex pool to stay cool in the Summer. We were sorry to hear that you had an "accident" while staying at the condo but the cost to repair/replace ruined items is solely your responsibility just like in your own home if you were to have an "accident" ,which is why you were charged.
