There is a lovely living room for gathering to make your daily plans and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner if you are so inclined. Relax with your favorite beverage on one of the multiple oceanfront decks to take in sensational sunrise or to simply listen to the calming rhythm of the waves. Of course, when you are ready to head to beach, your path over the dunes is right in front of the condo for easy access. When you've tired of the sun and sand, rinse off at the outside shower and head to the pool for a change of pace. This location is not far from the Route 90 bridge, multiple restaurants including the Dough Roller, Longboard Cafe and the Seaside Deli, plus only a few miles in the car to the Ocean City Boardwalk and Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season, any 2 nights off season and includes 2 parking spots. Sleeping up to eight guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, two double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. ---Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
