The two bedroom and two bathroom unit with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. The second bedroom has a king bed and another pull-out couch or it could have two queen beds.

The fully equipped kitchen has cookware, dinnerware and a dining table for six people. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a private balcony.

The Marriott Canyon Villas has a large pool complex and a snack bar. You get to use all the facilities of the JW Marriott Desert Ridge( subject to some restricted dates) This includes restaurants, bars, a lazy river pool, deluxe spa, and two championship golf courses. You have access to an eight court tennis pavilion with pro shop and a world class fitness center.

I just enjoy walking in the sunshine. The Desert Ridge Mall is a one mile walk. I enjoy Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, or Paradise Bakery for breakfast. The mall has outdoor seating with fountains. There is a giant fireplace for chilly mornings.

Visit Phoenix for golf - pool - shopping. The Marriott is at the North end of the 101 at Tatum Boulevard. The resort is adjacent to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge and has access to the spa, restaurants, lazy river, and two championship golf courses. (The pools at the JW may restricted for some dates)

The pool complex has lots of chairs and waterfalls. Easy walking distance to Desert Ridge mall with over 80 shops and restaurants. The two Wildfire golf courses (designed by Faldo and Palmer) Phoenix golf offers dozens of great courses within 10-15 miles.

The resort offers activities for children and adults. Play shuffleboard or bean bag toss in the courtyard. Enjoy the local beer tasting or make your own salsa at the snack bar.

I have many weeks available at this resort. My one bedroom reservations are under ad #1208647. I get the first opportunity to reserve the highest demand weeks for 2018. I have Presidents' Week, College Break, March Break, Easter. I can get other dates for you if you can plan ahead. Some weeks can be reduced to five or six nights or a smaller size room.

Cancellation policy: The guest is not entitled to a refund for cancellations made less than 90 days before check-in. Owner will refund to guest 50% of the rental amount received by owner (this excludes VRBO fees and taxes) for cancellations received 91 days or more before the scheduled check-in date. Guest acknowledges that these restrictions on cancellations apply in all circumstances and override any potential claims against VRBO or chargebacks by credit card companies. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing using the VRBO or VRBO affiliated web-site used to make the reservation.
