You'll love the privacy and updates in this spacious end unit in Wildwood Spa, a private little neighborhood just ten minutes on foot to the Sea Pines Beach Club. This Premier Property features two bedrooms and an added loft area with a trundle beds, allowing more options for sleeping arrangements than most two bedroom properties afford. Pet friendly, yet clean and comfortable.
The neighborhood features an on site pool and tennis/pickleball court, but free tennis at South Beach, as well as a free fitness center pass, are included as well. Just ask for a swipe card and information package. Use the two free bikes to explore the miles and miles of shady bike paths that meander throughout Sea Pines. Harbor Town, South Beach and the forest preserve are all a short bike ride away.

This property is pet friendly. However, we have a pet fee so please be sure to list your dog in the guest list so that you will receive and accurate quote. Thank you!!

Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop and wait time at security. Just head straight to your villa when you arrive, park right in front, and hit the sand!

A great stay in Hilton Head

We enjoyed our stay very much, location was great, communication with property management was awesome.This was a perfect place for 4 people and our Havanese dog. The bikes that came with condo were key to enjoying a bike ride for the four of us everyday. We were very close to Harbor Town & a few minutes ride by bike to the beach. Also, weather was great, mid 80’s in September! Would highly recommend!

Lovely, well appointed condo in perfect location in Sea Pines. Clean, well equipped kitchen, with lush landscaping. Everything you need for a great stay including 2 bicycles.

Great family spot!

This property was great for our family! Clean, comfortable and cozy, up-to-date, great location! Pool was excellent and close by. Bikes provided were great. Kitchen, beds, furniture, WiFi, amenities were all perfect for us! Highly recommend.

Very convenient location to the beach and beach club. Vila was very clean and comfortable!!! Being on the end unit made it so much easier with our dogs. Loved our stay and look forward to coming back many more times!!!!

Location location location!

Great spot to experience the private side of Hilton Head. Everything you need is a short bike ride away, and access to the beach is seem less. This is a must stay property for anyone with a smaller family.

Great Location

This was our first trip to HHI and this property was ideally located in Sea Pines. We loved the trails and proximity to the beach, Lawton Stables, the Forest Preserve, and Harbourtown. The owner was responsive and provided great information about the area. Overall, we loved our stay!

Great Vacation

This property worked out great for us. It is about 2.5 blocks, from the Beach club and it is an easy walk. Parking was also available at the Beach club. We walked every day on the beach with our two dogs ..........very few others were out in the morning, and the beach and whole facility is very dog friendly!!! The property was also an end unit which was also wonderful and very private!!! Thanks Rich and Jaime

One of our favorite units on HHI

We loved the unit from the moment we stepped inside. The decor was lovely and the view from the bedrooms and living room was so lush and green. My husband enjoyed the pool while I biked to the Beach Club....something for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and brightly lit. We hope to return .

6 Weeks at Wildwood Spa Villas

Overall we had a great time and the location was good. Walkable to beach club if parking not available and to Plantation Golf Club. Provided bicycles are a plus as well given all the trails in Sea Pines. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to live there and cook our own meals. Very clean on arrival and inviting. Very quiet as an end unit. Need to change pictures to show the deck was covered now and no sun really got thru for the 6 weeks we were there due to over hanging trees. Really our only disappointment. Property manager was very responsive.

Beautifully renovated villa

Villa was very nice and well stocked. Very clean and nice touches for guests. Management team responded quickly to answer any questions. Neighborhood very pretty and convenient to Harbourtown. The villa was close to the road so there was some noise but would still recommend.

Our villa/condo was perfect! Everything was as expected. We were greeted with a bottle of wine when we checked in. Great location we loved the end unit! The bikes were a great added touch. So close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place! We will be back!

Lovely stay

This rental fit our needs perfectly. It was very spacious, beautifully appointed, and with thoughtful touches. Having bikes there made it easy and fun to get around and we also enjoyed having beach chairs there for our use. We brought out dog and the enclosed screened porch area was perfect to put him on to dry after a beach walk. We had a wonderful time and will likely return!

The villa was nicely remodeled and beautifully decorated. They had every convenience that you would need. It was perfectly located close to beach club, south beach and Harbor Town. It was very wooded with a lot of foliage. It was too much foliage for us as there was not a lot of sunlight around the villa and no grassy areas for the dogs. But the walking trails and biking were awesome

First time at HHI

Beautiful end unit with screened in porch. Everything you could possibly need is there. Close to everything on the island. Only downside was the weather, but no control over that.

2nd times a charm

Returned again for a second summer because we enjoyed last year so much. The place is very spacious for our group ranging from 21-72. We enjoyed the use of bikes with the discount to get more. Easy driving in with our passes and code at the door. We’re a mile from the beach so we can either get to the club early to park or unlike last year we could take a trolley. We also just walked or biked. Very enjoyable week.

Felt at home

Wonderful time at this condo in Sea Pines and our first time to Hilton head. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a wooded corner lot but my husband and I enjoyed a little patch of sunshine for our morning coffee on the back patio. The back deck is entirely screened in as a comfortable place to enjoy dinner. We rode bikes all week and didn’t even get in our car. It’s about a five minute bike ride to the beach or the stables or nature preserve. Harbortowne is about a 10 minute bike ride, and South Beach Marina is about a 20 minute bike ride. The pool at this condo is not at all crowded and provides some shade against the summer heat. The Fredericks were very responsive and arrived quickly to fix some thing that was broken. My only suggestion would be to have a softer and cushier mattress pad on the master bed (as opposed to waterproof) along with cotton sheets.
